No, I never found anything behind my prop yet, but I'd rather check each year. Could you tell me what year your Mercury 60 hp engine was built? I'm trying to find a thrust washer just like yours. Thank you
Thank you so much for this great video. Me, I have to change my Thrust washer and yours looked a lot better the way it's made. I'm asking you if it's possible = -Can I know what year is your mercury 60 hp outboard motor and the serial number if that is possible, So I can buy the same Thrust washer, Maybe this thrust washer part number too? :) I would really appreciate that. Thank you and have a wonderful day. Gerald
Liked the video, I am about to put a 4 blade 14 on my 05 triton alum 17ft. have a 3 blade 15 on it now. what improvement did the 4 blade make your tracker thanks r. s by the way did you torque the prop nut or just use a ratchet when you reinstalled the prop
They are pretty soft, so I just used a flat head screw driver and a hammer. You might want to make sure you have a spare incase they are stress hardened and break.

Thanks for taking the time to show and explain about the locking washer and tabs. The other videos I watched blew right past this step.
Glad it was helpful!

Awesome video! Thanks man 👍
No problem
How do you unbend the tabs at the beginning? What did you use?

Does the propeller click if you turn it by hand in forward gear ?
If you spin it in the reverse direction, yes. The other way should lock up.
Which prop is that?
