He's just pissed cause the sport is more expensive than he anticipated. If they lose in court, the sport will get even more expensive, without a charter.
NASCAR is the company and you work for them!!! They make the rules and you go by them!!! Like any job you can be replaced!!! Crying Denny knew that when he started in the sport!! And Jordan is enough of a business man to realize when they lose he could have put that ( lawyer) money in the teams!!!! You're in NASCARs sand pile you play by their rules!!!
And so Stuart Haas has three charters with a value up to around 60 million dollars. But NASCAR won't let them sell them. Is that not called restraint of trade? NASCAR claims the right to control the charters, but the teams paid good money to purchase them. That gives them bargaining power to find sponsorship. What about sponsorship the teams cannot run. Again, that seems to be against all rules of commerce. But what do I know, I'm just a race fan.
I'm afraid, they just screwed some driver's out of a ride and alot of employees out of jobs. Should have signed the agreements and then file a suit in the future if you didn't like things in the agreement. Then at least you can still keep racing. They screwed themselves.... 😮😮😮
Most racing sux now we lost the great stock car racing of cars we could buy. My daily driver is a 1965 Chrysler Valiant AP6 made in Australia 🇦🇺 like me. So to have a car 20 years older than you is cool and it’s a great car. So they have destroyed racing with less power and hybrid engines in F1 they are all killing their own futures. I don’t watch much racing anymore it’s just boring.
They probably would've just been stripped of it if they filed a lawsuit, saying, "They knew what they were getting into when they signed the agreement. We don't owe them squat." Best to try to stand up to a bully before things get worse; which, unless the France cult is big enough and gullible enough, this is a textbook case of NASCAR winning the battle, but they're going to lose the war.
