I love your videos. Your voice is soft and gentle so I'm not surprised you found joy in a little lace vest that offered some feminine softness on top of bolder stripe pattern. ❤

Thank you 🤗 I'm leaning so into softness at the moment as much as I can 🫶💖

Toddlercore! I love that! I think that translates as ‘ingenue’, which I definitely see in you. You have an ingenue essence, so you should embrace that. It’s part of who you are.I love your videos, Alannah, and I love a good epiphany!

Gosh darn it's the season of epiphanies for me lately 🤗💃 ingenue is one of my favourite English words and I am *honoured* to be considered as such x

I’m perceiving that ingenue aspect too 🙂

Ingenue does seem to be an essence match to explore. 🎉

Looking into essences and Ellie-Jean’s style roots are what helped me more than anything. I was able to use those to figure out my Three Words and it’s like a giant light shined down on my brain.

Also I definitely see Ingenue and Natural in you. Maybe Ethereal or Gamine for your third.

When it clicks, it clicks! Sometimes we just need it to be explained in a different way 💃

I am also frequently mistaken for being younger than I am (I am 48 with 4 kids, 2 of them in college!). In my 20s and early 30s I hated it because I wanted to be taken more seriously, especially in my career. In my mid and late 40s, I have really grown to appreciate the youthfulness especially when it comes to style. I feel like it affords me an opportunity or "pass" to play more with styles and creativity. While I definitely don't believe that people should dress a certain way (or not) because of age (or gender or body type or anything else for that matter) I do feel my youthfulness personally gives me more confidence to experiment now. I aspire to become more stylish every year long into the future...

I know exactly what you mean!! It gives a certain leeway to play with younger styles in a more harmonious way if that's your thing 💖 and you're right, anyone should dress how they feel best and rock it at any age 💃✨️

❤ you are definitely a grown up woman (and adorable) and I was last ID'd at around age 38. That's now 20 years past. Enjoy this time of your life and your whole beautiful journey! It's cliche but true - it goes by so fast!

Haha yes so good 🤗 I hope I'm still getting ID'd at 38 too 😆
