I’ve tried everything to connect my beats, I have never clicked forgot device but I did it yesterday so that my friend could connect my beats to his phone. It never showed up on Bluetooth and when I click the buttons it doesn’t do anything, I’ll do everything the internet tells me to and none of it works. They don’t show up on Bluetooth and they don’t show up on my phone
I had to buy new ones, but if you guys ever find a solution just comment here because they are still in good condition, I’ve had them for about two years.
If anyone still having issues Try connecting the headphones to a windows computer, wait a few minutes and unplug the headphone. The headphones should reset then! Once light starts blinking red, try to connect to ur iPhone via Bluetooth and viola! That's what I did and it worked!!!
You have to go to settings and the headphones itself it should say name then you click on that and you can change it I think it has to be connected and on first
Make sure your headphones are charged you may have to on initial unboxing so if you don’t get a pop up try plugging the headphones in with the charger provided 👍

Mine still blink even 1:50 with my left side collapsed… and still wont pair.. any tips?
Do a factory reset.. Hold down the mode button and volume down button for 10 seconds until u see a red led. 👍
