Looks amazing. You have built yourself a small piece of paradise, down there. Love seeing "paperboy". One of my favorites.. bow if you had 720 and dragons lair, those would be my only 2 additions. Really top notch arcade.
Wow a new video, the arcade is lookin great, I see you added a few machines and got rid of some. It’s looking great. Can’t wait to see another video from you.
Dude, I've been watching your reviews on your gaming basement for many years! Thank you for showing it! It warms the soul as a reminder of childhood! Don't throw it, please! Let your reviews continue to be with us!
Great home arcade! I have to do a tour video of mine. My home arcade is Short Circuit Arcade in Sherwood Park Alberta and business Arcade is Arkadium Retro Arcade also in Sherwood Park. I remember watching your videos way back when and saying this is what I want! I somewhat did what you did. At over 200 games now it's been a crazy ride!!! Thanks again.
Howdy ya'll, These are always so Cool to see, one of my most favorite privately owned Arcades, and one of the very first private Arcade I've seen, many MANY years ago, so glad your still putting out new videos of your Arcade, Stay safe and game on my Friend, Peace
@Jeremy Wagner Thank you for responding to my question, really appreciate that, what's sad about that, I've been looking for a Robotron for years, and still looking, Sinistar is also on my list for games I'm looking for, I live in Alberta, Canada, and work on our Family beef farm, 5th generation, and I'm the only farmer I'm aware of, that likes and still plays the Classic Arcade games, they are VERY hard to find up here..
@@arthurok327 Exactly what I was thinking & I came to the comments section to see if any one else was thinking the same! 😂 The Joust/Robotron/Sinistar shape cabinets are my all time favourites & I'm trying to source 1 in the UK 🤞
@@arthurok327 I live in Alberta Canada and have over 200 games and 2 arcades. I found all the games in Alberta over the years so they are out there. Hardest thing is repairing and restoring them!
saw an older vid of this some time ago and dang this is still most defo an epic space but hell I wish we had basements like this in the uk but many of us are living in a shoebox compared to large areas of the U.S etc. I turned my shed into a mini ARcade before but then I had to turn it into a workshop to build ARcade stuff instead ! ha ha ha
Great video. Amazing basement. The only part I'm not sure about is the couch with the flat screen TV, and consoles (Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, etc). This is my personal opinion, but I feel like that area clashes with the vintage theme of your arcade. Have you considered putting more arcade cabinets down there? Or is your collection complete?
I'm out of space down there. The couch was actually a vintage hide a bed couch from the 80s, mattress never used and still in shrink wrap. Custom cut oak table was from the 70's so they fit the era. I'm currently out of space. I noticed with groups of visitors not "everyone" wants to play games, so the intent was to give people a place to sit and chill, and also double as an area for all the vintage consoles. Plus, the hide a bed couch allows people to sleep in the arcade. Its happens often enough :)
I really wish I could collect them all. When the arcade runs out of space, it’s game in, game out. I’d watch game days and trends and which games didn’t get played as much and made decisions to let those go for incoming games.
Outside St Louis. Looking for a house to support the growing family. Found an unfinished basement that was the blank canvas to designing the basement arcade.
This ranks as one of the best home arcades along with StarBase Alpha Arcade and Arkham Arkhade. They are all keeping up the standard that Peter Hirschberg created with Luna City Arcade.
So obviously the game boards themselves last for a long time if kept clean etc... but what are the few small parts that need replacing the most would you say? And what mechanical parts on the shooters & racers mostly? Great to see the room still doing awesome over the years
@@Hans_Lex Never had many issues with game boards. Sometime the chips get loose in sockets over time and just need reseating. Sometimes RAM goes bad and needs replacing, not much else there. Power supplies go bad often, need shotgunned or replaced. On racers and guns, usually only potentiometers to replace after 15-20 years. Monitors usually always need a cap kit, sometimes a fly back or hot replaced. These are usually main symptoms and components to deal with the passing of time.
I have so many questions about the arcade now because im designing my dream home. so here's a few. 1. How big is the bar area and where did you get the furniture? 2. What's your process of choosing games? 3. what is the one game you wish you have in your arcade?
I have a game room in my basement too. A really nice one, I've got a Big Buck Hunter, Carnival King, Pac Man, Mortal Kombat 2, Rampage, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Pool Table, Foosball, Dart Board, Air Hockey, Pinball Machine, and Pop a Shot all down in my basement!
it's too bright, the colors would pop like crazy if the lights were more dimmed. If i had a setup like that i wouldn't even have ceiling lights tbh. Awesome though!
It stinks because the lights are on. The entire collection is now ruined because you put the ceiling lights on during this video. Don't bother saying you can turn the lights on or off whenever you want; this collection is ruined. RIP, sweet nite classic arcades. What a shame. What a terrible shame. 😉 😄
I like it felt the chairs & bar chair! Not comf! I would have a virtual pin in there with 2000 virtual pins!! U must have a biiiiiig house!! that's a biiiiig basement!
Wow! Just wow, this has to be the best home arcade I have seen! Thanks for sharing this!
Yay! A new year, a new tour. I look forward to these every year. Thanks for the upload! The room looks great.
By far my favorite arcade to take a tour of!
Words can't describe how amazing this is😢
The best home arcade I've ever seen hands down. Excellent! 💪😁👍
I loved the 2019 tour and 1 year ago i commented about a 2023 tour and thanks to you im actually gonna buy a coin operated game!
Looks amazing. You have built yourself a small piece of paradise, down there. Love seeing "paperboy". One of my favorites.. bow if you had 720 and dragons lair, those would be my only 2 additions. Really top notch arcade.
It's weird, but I SO look forward to your updated walkthroughs of your arcade! Thanks again, man!
why? nothing has changed in years

Bloody miss those 80s 90s arcade nights dounuts greasy joysticks and cigarette burns the buttons lol
Love all the games of course, but I get a little extra nostalgic thrill every time I see that old Pepsi machine.
Coolest home arcade ever. Like walking into 1980-1990
What the first 30 seconds I thought this was a VR mod
Pitch perfect 80s. 90s arcade
Size, game selection, layout all on point.

Are you in Washington and what cold beer do you like if you are? Amazing setup.
Amazing. I'd love to see some more footage of that beautiful Sega Rally 3 cabinet in the corner.
Long time since you last uploaded. Love the content

Wow! What a room!
Those are some sweet digs!
Just incredible

Amazing amount of games! Add a ski ball and put in more arcade like carpet to get to the next level.
I wish with my life to get one vault like this.
this is like a portal to the 80's/90s. cool
Fire bro.
Music is crazy 🔥

Oh man dude this is awesome if only you can get a Mad Planets in that would be amazing!
Awesome you need more space so you can add more

A Sega Rally Deluxe cabinet at home? 😍😍
Had to bring it in 5 different pieces to fit in the door
