I got 4.5" 22lr banshee barrel and bolt group kit, and 5" 9mm banshee upper on brownells early 2020 before they all got sold out. Haha, i'm enjoying my builds while some are still waiting on their orders.
I do have one more question, Where is my Order!!! 🤣. Hiring is great, but most important part of manufacturing is identifying bottle necks from ordering to delivery. The gun Channels creates the idea of “i want that product” in times like this your product needs to be out in days not weeks. Most businesses are not in that privilege position. Best Regards
Hey, fried Cuban sandwich pistols...hmmm. Are you Hispanic? I would think that you would know Frita is a type of Cuban sandwich. The bottleneck is that everyone wants one in all calibers. Here is question that only a person fixated in juvenile "instant gratification" mode needs to be asked. Do you want it to be top of the line or just in the front of it? I am way old enough to know that you CAN NOT have both. If you need personal defense then go buy a cheap glock, etc. somewhere, there's plenty around and they will do the job, and wait on the real thing (PDW).
I ordered 3 xtra mags & those came quick, had em loaded up & ready to go for when my upper came in,but know this,,THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT,FINELY MACHINED & WORKED LIKE A CHARM.
Glad to see your business is busy! Sounds like you just can't, literally, make them fast enough. But it is nice that you explained why, to your customers.
Thanks Mike! Congratulations on the company growth! Patiently waiting for my Banshee. Stay focused on employee safety and product QA/QC and I'm happy. Customers will wait for a quality product! We would feel our patience rewarded with some future discount, free gear, or tactical bacon!
Took me a while to get my MK 57 (8" barrel) I thought. Ordered 02 Oct 2018 and received it 15 Nov 2018. The thing I know is that only craftsmen work slow and you can count on their work. CNC follows that rule since all is "supervised" by astute operators (hopefully). I also know that CMMG customer service and sales contractors are top notch. So let them cancel. Just means shorter lead time for someone else, 'cause CMMG is up there with the best and is the best at what they do. My only regret is that I didn't wait until the inevitable new drop ins for ARs to be realized. Between my FiveseveN and MK 57 I do not need anything other than I have now. Well except to trade out my AR in 6.8SPC for 6 mm ARC.
I can’t imagine the amount of time it takes to set up new machinery which needs engineers and to train new people to run machines ..... that a tough order to make happen
@@victorreynoso8831 from the day it processed,it took about 8 to 10 weeks best i remember, but the 3 xtra mags i ordered came in the week after i placed my order,so i had 3 mags loaded up & ready to go waiting on my upper & the 3 mags that came with it,when i got them, the next day i went out to my 20 acres & had a blast. I put it on my ruger 556 lower & it ran great,so my ar15's feelings were hurt so i went & bought a spikes tactical punisher complete lower for my cmmg,it ran good also,so all in all i was very happy & it was well worth the wait.
CMMG thank you for the response and insight. I appreciate you guys. Love my Banshee 300, really fun gun to shoot, I keep it locked and loaded as my primary home defense weapon. CMMG kickass 🤘🏼😝🤘🏼
The Banshee 200 Series have longer barrels then the Banshee 300 Series, ie BANSHEE™ 200, MKGS, 9MM has an 8 inch barrel, while the BANSHEE™ 300, MKGS, 9MM has a 5 inch barrel. Is it possible to get a 300 series with the 200 barrel/upper?
We covered this in the first Q&A, but... Short answer, yes. Bit longer answer, not at the current time though since we are concentrating on keeping up with standard production models.
Hey, that all sounds Great, Mike. I like your stuff. I use the snot out of my 22lr conversion kit for my AR. One of the best products you have created. That said; "Order is temporarily out of stock, on back order for 10+ weeks. 06/27/20 ZH" for an order made on 6/20/10 (214251). Just so you clearly understand; NOT COOL! Taurus hasn't had any problems getting their G3c out to the mom and pop gun stores from their brand new factory in Georgia. In spite of a surge in pistol buying, a pandemic, and just moving into a new factory; they are on the shelves. So, are you going to offer us any incentive to keep our orders active? It's rather annoying to see all the gun-tube channels with the new CMMG 6mm ARC blasting away; were is my fun 1000 yard, no kick, barrel? Some gun-tuber should do a video of them getting all the parts together and going to the range and pretending to shoot it because the barrel is gone. "The Chronograph isn't working for some reason today... its not registering my pretend projectile speeds."
2 weeks is Good and 10 weeks is bad! I too have had to put jobs on hold, until I can complete them. And my clients are getting a bit, pissed. And my work has nothing to do with guns or manufacturing. This damn virus scare, Still causing business closings, is screwing up the economy!
I dont mind waiting, I am really in no hurry at all. Just would like to know a status. I ordered my Endeavor 300 6mm ARC on 8 Sept. I was a past business owner myself and now you are not taking phone calls, not answering emails, that is bullshit! My order was placed on hold, I just want to know where I am in the queue. I think someone working the queue and maybe posting where people are would help everyone. Just not responding is not good business at all....
It's not that we aren't taking calls. In fact, we are on the phones non-stop during hours of operation. It's difficult to get through sometimes, and trying to keep up with the voicemails can be just as difficult. We answer emails in the order received, but that too takes a bit of time. Sometimes days. When your order is on hold, that means that the sales team has placed the order on hold because they are waiting on parts to be built to get the order put into production. Your card isn't charged until it's sent to production. Email is the best way to contact the sales team. If you tried contacting us through the web portal, there were some problems with some messages not being forwarded. That problem should be corrected now. Sorry for the delays.
If it makes anyone else happy, I have parts on order from many manufacturers and everyone is making me wait. Many items on backorder. Have patience, these manufactures are people with families.
I love CMMG, and I would like to place and order. At the top of the page in red is "we are a build to order company". However, under the item it shows "Add to cart". In the google search engine, it shows, "in stock". Which is it??? This is why I won't place an order... yet. I have a big chunk to spend too, however a simple disclaimer of "allow 4 to 6 weeks build time" , or something along those lines goes a long way. What I mentioned above is poor business practice. I understand material shortages, etc, but these aren't cars that need chips. Nobody wants a hold on their credit card for 9 months. Waiting. Once again, I love CMMG products, but the discrepancies in the web page, order status, build time, etc, is NOT being addressed.
The most important question is... would cmmg like to donate a mk47 (pistol or rifle. Not picky here) to a poor guy to do a personal review? (I could make a video if you wanted. It would be a shitty video because it'd be the first video I've ever made. Growing pains. I'm sure you can understand that) Y'all would get a tax write off, a shitty video, and a full heart knowing that you made a poor man's life from of the deal. I wouldn't expect it next week or anything. I'm fully understanding of how busy y'all are. Just whenever y'all can get around to it. Beggars can't be choosers, so I'd be happy with a t shirt and a patch or a sticker. I think it'd be more fulfilling for y'all if it was a mk47 (or one of the 5.7 pistols, or any gun really) though. Just get back to me wherever y'all decide. Thanks a million.
P.S. I have a 9mm banshee and love it. You guys make great stuff. My comment was the internet version of a lottery scratch off ticket. Even though I probably won't win, you never know 'til you try.
Great company and people, and great looking, high quality guns! I own several!
If I was a wee bit closer I'd be in there working shifts to help out! You guys are awesome
Love those Whoteewho videos!

Remember you are doing your best.....That is good.....Thanks very much...!
Thank you too!

Thanks for the info. An excellent product. Impressed with your quality control.
For a small company having a huge backlog of orders is a fine problem to have!
Finally got my order and it was worth the wait!
Thank you!!
Thanks for tell us the situation at cmmg. We kind of figured that, but it is good to hear it from you. thanks again, Ron W

What do you think about hydraulic buffers like Kynshot??
Thanks Mike! Congratulations on the company growth! Patiently waiting for my Banshee. Stay focused on employee safety and product QA/QC and I'm happy. Customers will wait for a quality product! We would feel our patience rewarded with some future discount, free gear, or tactical bacon!
This guys shirt plus up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A and Start are the key to life eternal. 😎
That is literally on the back👍😎👍
5 inch barrel and rbd bolt is the last piece I'm waiting on for my build 🤦🏻♂️ placed an order on July 2 so yeah. Still waiting
Can you please get with Mean Arms and get that 40 round Pmag 9mm conversion to be a thing?
Why not buy the Remington Arms plant in Ilion New York?

I can't begin to tell you how much I love my Banshee 9mm! It is SOOOOO worth the wait!
I delivered some barstock from emj this morning and they are working hard while I was there.
Also just saying u are the only company who is out front and it’s very amazing and it also proves how great of a product u make
Love my cmmg Banshee it’s badass!!!
Takes time
I can’t imagine the amount of time it takes to set up new machinery which needs engineers and to train new people to run machines ..... that a tough order to make happen
It 2 months for me to get my cmmg 300mk 57,but it did come & have enjoyed it since.
Is that 2 months from the day you placed your order or 2 months from when they processed your order
Do you make a binary trigger/bolt in the 5.7x28mm caliber for Banshee 300 M4
We don't make any binary triggers. However, most commercially available should work just fine our guns.
CMMG thank you for the response and insight. I appreciate you guys. Love my Banshee 300, really fun gun to shoot, I keep it locked and loaded as my primary home defense weapon. CMMG kickass 🤘🏼😝🤘🏼
Where's my order?! Oh right, it's in the next room over with the addition of a lower, irons, and a red-dot, and I like it.
Can you make a 460 Rowland in a banshee. The only difference between a 45 ACP + 460 is 1/16 cartridge length and more power. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I have ordered a mk4 300 series 22lr my question is after I get the rifle , can I purchase a 6.5 grendel upper and get it to work on the mk4 lower
Yes. Our .22 LR variants are complete ARs with buffer and spring. As long as the upper for the 6.5 Grendel fits a "mil-spec" lower, you're good.
What are considered the "really popular" items for the 10+ week lead time?
Having an order "On hold" is that the same as, "your order is in the queue" ? Keep up the great work!
I'd like to get one of your Banshee 300, in 9mm sometime in the future.
You going to make a banshee in 357 sig?
The Banshee 200 Series have longer barrels then the Banshee 300 Series, ie BANSHEE™ 200, MKGS, 9MM has an 8 inch barrel, while the BANSHEE™ 300, MKGS, 9MM has a 5 inch barrel.

Any idea when a 9mm with 8inch barrel might be able to be custom ordered? Possibly a month or two? Or is sometime in 2021 more realistic?
Could i run your 9mm sbr lower with a dedicated 22lr upper on top and run Advantage Arms 22LR Glock conversion magazines??
Unfortunately not. The mag height is nowhere new the correct height.
Thanks for the reply! I'm expecting the shipping notification any day now. Mine is the fde 22LR banshee 200 w/ 300 charging handle.🍻
Will the Banshee come in 6mm ARC?
How to I order a gun online off the CMMG site? It seems to simple... lol
Howdy neighbor 👋 from very southern Iowa !!! Love my mutant !!!

Can I drive up there and help ya make my order? I'll Bring my own PPE and some extra for the staff :)
Even with order number you guys don't respond to questions or emails, lol.
We do. Unfortunately due to the sheer number of emails we get, most responses can be over a week at this time. Sorry for the delay.

What is the difference between the Banshee 100, 200 and 300?
