Building one of these right now and searching UA-cam for ideas. Came across this and I'm so glad! Great idea about putting the lip on the shelves for the cans and jars. Also glad to see someone else didn't want holes in their wood floors. I wasn't wanting to drill into ours either, so glad to see it's that sturdy without drilling into the floors! Not sure if you stated buy what size is the metal pipe?
Cool. Glad we could help. The pipe was a kit I bought on Amazon. It is a 1" pipe but is not real "blackpipe" as that was 3 times more expensive. Thank you so much. The pressure cooker I use is out of stock on Amazon right now but this one is a good brand amzn.to/3efuBUN. Although, it is smaller than mine. I have a 23 quart which is good for quart jars. The oxygen absorbers we use are these amzn.to/3edEVN1. Hope that helps.
