Dear Madam, Same surgery has been done by Dr SM Balaji and it failed. There is no permanent treatment. As a patient I would say don't take surgical treatment. If the masseter muscle is very large in size then do partial resection only and may trime the over growth bone. Masseter muscle can't be removed completely because it works as an elevator. If it's not so large then continue botox treatment. Botox treatment is costly but there is no way. It lasts for 5-6 months. There is no permanent treatment.
