Thanks! I made the same gesture to Ray and he has said all donations received will go to the Family. You are free to do whatever you think best. Buy parts to build the engine or donate. The only thing I ask is that I want that Water Pump as a souvenir. You and Ray are very kind and caring people, and that is something we all need.

As a registered nurse with a wife going through cancer treatment, chemotherapy is the roughest thing you'll ever endure in your life. Well done and thank you for taking care of this family.
This story will help restore faith in humanity. I am pleasantly surprised by the collaboration work with the Florida dude. What I am not surprised at is the level of generosity and humility you show your viewers. It’s a rarity these days. Thank you!
Thanks to both you and Ray for making such a kind gesture. It’s wonderful that you are both donating your time, money, and parts to help a family that surely sounds like that need it!
There's too much selfishness these days, online and in the "Real World" these days, so when my two favorite UA-cam people go to this length to do something positive to help those in need, it is truly heart warming. Thanks guys.
I have watched both of these channels for a while now and this project just proves to me that these guys are stand up men. God bless you both for doing this for this family.
Eric and Ray, Thank you for your kindness. I know what its like to live with someone who has cancer. I lost my wife of 35 years to it in 2019. My son was 16 at the time. 5 years on he is doing better than I am. Paul (in MA)
Absolute standing ovation for Eric and Ray for their selflessness and generosity with this project!! God bless you both abundantly for taking care of a family in need!!
It is awesome that the two of you decided to help this family. I have been in the position where it felt like the whole world was lined up to kick me in the crotch. A helping hand is a godsend.
For ten years or so before covid hit, I worked on cars for my church where we did repairs and donated cars to single moms and families in need. I only say that because I know how good it feels to help people get reliable transportation. I learned a lot about working on cars in the process. If you have an opportunity to volunteer help, I think you'll be glad you did.
I very much appreciate you for doing a pro bono tear down and fix. Hopefully this family can have a vehicle that will let them focus on things that are more important. Like dealing with cancer, and being present for each other.
I love that you and Ray are donating your time and materials into this engine for the family who really needs a reliable van. Great job both of you, love your channel
It's good to see a couple of guys who have done well giving back to a family that really needs it. My best to the Tosi family and thank you Eric and RainmanRay.
Eric, what you and Ray are doing is out of this world ! In all my years in the automotive industry, I have never seen this degree of generosity, you both are heroes to this needful family, thank you. ( I hope you show the assembly and Rays shows it running, and maybe the return to the owners by both of you, now that would be awesome.
This is the best use of UA-cam that I have ever come across. Heart warming from two of my favourite UA-camrs. Thank you for going some way to restore my faith in humanity. It is such a shame that such an obviously well maintained engine can suffer failure from a piece of plastic that cost just pennies.
Hey Eric what you and Ray are doing to helping The Tosi Family out to get their Town and Country Van back to them and 100% working condition. I just cannot believe the money and time you guys are putting into this families fan to help them out like you guys are? I don't know if a lot of people realize how much this is going to cost both you guys? When it comes to time and money. Well time is money! I wish more people would do stuff like this is just unbelievable! It's very few people if any, that would do something. WOW Thanks Guys!
There are many reasons why your channel intrigues me and keeps me watching, but today’s episode was the most amazing one yet. So many people in this world truly know what “Pay it Forward” means, but today you have renewed my faith that all people are here only for themselves. God bless you and your business sir.
The automotive industry needs more people like you and Ray. Thats why I work for the shop I work for. My boss has done all he can to help people in need as well. Unfortunately he can’t do as much as something like this, but I can vouch for him being a very generous person. Keep up the kindness and hopefully it will spread throughout.
You and Ray are amazing humans. You two are doing a huge service to the Tosi family. What a great gesture. I had respect for before, but I have even more now.
I kind of knew this kind of generosity was in you Eric. You and Ray are good people, and you're showing others how it should be done. Great work! I look forward to seeing the build and completion process.
You and Ray are good people and deserve all the praise we can send your way. What a blessing to this family to have come across Ray and then you to help them out at this time in their lives.

Stand-up guys, Ray and Eric! A family dealing with cancer needs all the help it can get, and you guys are helping in the way that you're able to. Good on you guys both!
Twenty years of watching great things online and this is way up there not only for your delivery on all the videos but for your giving it back when you could. If all people took a lesson from this, it is why you did it. Much success to you and your business from us here in the great North of Canada's West Coast. The world needs many more of you but thanks for starting it off. I waited for the forklift to take out the guides but totally understood this time 🙂

For once, actually not looking for carnage! Good on you guys! Currently run a 2012 and 2015 3.6's. Later one is quite abit more powerful and capable of low 30's for milage. Nice to see an engine so well cared for.
We have 15 PentaStars in the family ranging from 2012-2020. All have been flawless and 50% of them are high milers now. A lot of what happens with these is really poor maintenance and upkeep. Unfortunately these folks had a failure and didn't realize and it smoked the engine. Proper upkeep on these engines and they last. It's great what you and Ray are doing for this family.
You ever have a rough idle with these? Are these rough to begin with? Ive gone through, plugs, coils, checks for vacuum leaks, nee motor mounts, I cant pin down this vibration.
I've got 59940 miles on my 2018 JK and I am meticulous in my maintenance. My JK is at the dealer now with #2 misfire and 70 psi on #2. The engine in this video is one of the cleanest I've seen him tear down. It's not always about the maintenance. P302 is a rather common issue.

This great. Every body wins. The family gets their van back, you guys get content to put out and last of all we get entertained/educated. I can't wait to see it all work out. 😀👍
The closer this project gets to completion the more excited I’m getting! I can’t wait to get the van back into the hands of the Tosi family!
Is the monetary contributions made going to the cost and expenses in the project or to the family?

There are lots of good people in this Country!!!!!
I hope everything goes well for you!
