It has to be preserved properly beforehand or it does not last/work this way sadly.
I’m currently trying to learn how to properly preserve because I have a 5ft x 8ft frame I want to do, but that would be like $1000 I’m moss alone 😩

@@CottageCritter moss is one of the easiest living things to keep alive. it simply needs the slightest amount of moisture

@@bcftr but if not preserved the right way for a wall it brings bugs, that moisture can cause mold, & other issues. Moss walls are not moss plants. I’m a plant enthusiast and it’s really just not the same. Moss walls are not meant to be a pot for moss on your wall, might take some time to do research before telling someone talking about preservation how to keep an insanely basic plant alive 🤦‍♀️
