Panel alignment and how to gap when making a panel

On this episode we are repairing the lower front guards with fabricating new panels to repair the rust in the guards.we talk about how to go about lining up body lines and arch edges and creating a even gap to the doors.

Could be a handy addition for your shop, I believe you could make dollys and forms for shaping or pressing things. Solid PETG would be the way to go.@@Resurrected_metalshaping

The lancia metal is a little thinner than normal I’m running 30 amps. I would normally run 35 amps doing 0.9 or 1mm

Those Italian cars no matter if it's a farrari or a fiat, the out of shape or square is just shocking, cutting down windscreens and panels to fit ,it's unheard of on any other make.
