There’s no woodworking channel out there that inspires me more than yours. I’ve had friends harass me for spending so much time milling wood from pallets and old furniture. “You know you can just buy wood?” But it’s not about the cost. It’s about keeping something from going to the landfill and making something beautiful and useful out of it. I’ve learned so much from you on every aspect of woodworking from milling scrap into project wood to decorative finish work. My goal for my shop is to do as you’ve done and make an awesome shop with handmade pieces out of scrap.
I'm 80 years old and I used to call myself a woodworker, but having watched some of your beautifully done videos, I think my new title will be Sawdust Generator. I admire your incredible accuracy in fitting the many pieces so perfectly and of course, the beauty of the finished products. Major kudos to you, Sir and Happy New Year.
It takes a while, but, what satisfaction!! I always said.. You can never have enough small parts cabinets and drawers for organizing and keeping things.. Don''t have enough good places to put things, you will be forever looking for what you know you have,,,, Somewhere.. Ha..Ha.. Great Looking Shop!! Saw your hand was progressing well.. See you back in the shop soon!!
Thank you for putting together this compilation while you're on your healing journey. You truly are a beautiful soul and I'm watching you great wellness
First off, Alfred E Newman made me chuckle. Thanks for inviting us into your shop over the years. I suspect you’ll be needing a bigger shop. Everything in its place is a beautiful thing. Hope you are healing up well.
I am an avid watcher of your channel and have no idea how you come up with the incredible plans for these intricate builds. But then I see the piles and piles of cut and sanded parts to make up the gazillions of drawers and realize I should really be in awe of your patience! You never cease to amaze sir! Happiest of New Years!
Two hours and thirty nine minutes of pure pleasure. I've seen all the projects - watched and rewatched multiple times - but that won't stop me from watching this version as well. I can only guess at how many actual hours of shop work this video represents - some of those projects are epic! Do you have a favorite? Thanks again for sharing - and reading the comments below I'm glad to read that your hand is healing well. Happy New Year to you - can't wait to see what's coming next.
I’ve watched all the videos when they came out. Still enjoy watching them again and again. You craftsman ship is truly inspiring. Gives me ideas on how to do my own workshop. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
If all that amazing Craftmanship was done over the last 3 years the mind boggles to what you will achieve in the next 3, and that is well worth looking forward to, I hope you and the wife had a great Christmas , All the best for 2025, may it bring you lots and lots of scrap and upcycled materials to give us countless hours of relaxing watching a wizard at work
Hi Jason, i have been watching your channel from the beginning. One thing that you have done for me is changed my understanding of workflow in my workshop. I used to always look for the fastest ways to do things, but your use of simple hand tools and great patience has actually changed my approach and my woodworking is better for it. thanks.
I'm speechless. Hopefully i can write ! Thank you for these 2:38:59 of creativity, patience, talent and love of work. HAve a very beautiful year dear artist
What great jobs you`ve done in 2024 and hopefully will do in 2025.👍I really would like to know how you`re planning these builds, how about a video with this theme?
Tómese todo el tiempo que sea necesario para su recuperación Señor EPIC . Muchas gracias por el contenido de su canal . Saludos cordiales desde Santiago de Chile 🇨🇱 👍
Hi from Czech Republik. Apologise my english, i am not so good in writing. Nice work, thanks to you, i make things from pallets, which i have for free in my job. Garden castle for my children, work table for kids to garage, wooden organiser for my daughter. She put inside rings, earings, ... Thanks for sharing your experience.
I've watched all these videos when you first posted them, and now I watched them all again. Great respect for your work, your patience and perseverance. I'm proud of myself if I finish one drawer, you made hundreds! Keep up the good work and I hope you recover from your injury soon!
Absolutely wonderfully executed as well as extremely cleverly designed. The use of essentially discarded materials to craft something so striking is masterful.
Fantastic, so good to see them all again in chronological order. Thanks you for what you do to entertain us . Happy New Year to you and your family. Hopefully the hand is healing well and you'll be back to more of this in the near future.
I hope you and your family had a great Christmas and New Year, and I hope your hand is getting better. Always a joy to watch your videos, but two and a half hours is pure heaven. The laughs and the inspiration are second to none.
Thank you for this incredible journey. Will be so interesting to see how it keeps evolving, as every shop should, and I hope you had a great Christmas and great New Year! Now take a break!
Thank you for posting this video! I was afraid that it might be weeks or months without any new content. I hope your hand is healing up and you are doing well.
I learn from watching your videos. You have great designs and building everything perfectly. It's those little added touches that are not necessary or functional, but add to the piece that I really love. The metal splines, brass draw pulls, and the arches...the arches! Are you kidding me? I absolutely truly love it!
Jason, ein gutes neues Jahr und Gesundheit wünsche ich dir. Dein Kanal ist eine Inspiration für jeden Tischler - vielen Dank für vielen tollen Videos. Grüße aus Salzburg
Is anyone else besides me so amazed and inspired by Jason that they want to find him, buy him a coffee and just chat? Jason, you're amazing and your content and production quality is top notch. I always look forward to spending time watching your vids. I've seen these all before, but I still watched this vid completely...and I could do it again. :-) Happy New Year!
I like the selection you made Jason. I always love watching your videos. Thank you for putting a bunch of them together. How is your hand coming along? I hope you’re already hating your physical therapist. I always did. Unfortunately my hernia split open again so I watched this video while I laid in the emergency room. All the nurses and staff we’re coming over to watch. I think I got a couple people who are gonna check out your channel. Kathy
Thank goodness you put this together! I was going into excessive drawer making withdrawal 😊. Hoping you are healing well, listen to your hand therapist and do the exercises! All the best in the new year 🎉
I am thoroughly convinced you’ve never met a salvaged piece of wood, metal or fiber, you didn’t like. There is much to be said about what and how much natural materials are wasted. Keep rethinking the possibilities, I’ll keep watching. ❤
Hi Jason Watched your shop tour after the hand injury and honestly if my shed/workshop (8 x 12) was fractionally as organised as yours I'd call it perfect. Your work is EPIC and you show us that there really is no such thing as scrap it's just raw materials. Hope the hand gets better soon (been there). 👍🏻🍻 All thebest for 2025. 🥂
Even though I've watched all the videos, Think I'll get some pocorn and binge watch again. Happy new year and thanks for all the effort and projects in 2024.
Great video, I subscribed and looking forward to looking foward to watching your videos as well as future videos. Happy new year and greetings from Western Canada
Excellent work as usual, I just love your projects and how you film them. I also appreciate the sound of your tools and work without needing to talk over it. Thank you as usual for these amazing woodshop movies.
Do you ever ask yourself, because I often do, why do I do this to myself? Beautiful 100 drawer thing. I like the contrast of stain and wood. We'll, having watched this whole thing, I'm guessing not. I am happy you did all that. It was very interesting. All those different kinds of planers are cool. ❤
It must give you a great feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when you go into your workshop (even if you can't work yet) and look around at all that you've done. These videos are a testament to how much you've managed to change in your space over the last three years. I know there's still more to do (watched your tour video) but look at all that's changed. Thank you for showing it all to us. ♥ Also... I hope that hand is healing well and quickly and not giving you too much grief. ♥
MOST EXCELLENT! I hadn’t heard about your hand! I read that you’re indeed healing up! Thank Goodness!! Wishing you all the best for ‘25! The best of Health, Happiness, Peace and Plenty of great projects ahead! Best Always from Florida!
Ciao,mi auguro tu stia guarendo e che possa riprendere a fare le cose steaordinarie che fai. Sappi che sei fonte di ispirazione per tutti noi appassionati.
Always amazed at your craftsmanship. Especially with the vast number of steps and operations required to do all of that work. It is so much more that an assembly line. An assembly line is doing one thing over-and-over again. This is artistry and detail in a lot of steps. Well worth watching!
The beauty of your woodwork is paired with excellent video editing that makes watching what you do so so entertaining, interesting. I don’t know if you also take care of the video production but kudos squared is so well deserved!
Hi Jason, I hope your hand is getting better. Thanks for the video, the one thing that I take away from your videos is that you seem to enjoy every little detail of the work, that makes your videos so peaceful to watch. I too made a desk from palletwood inspired by your videos! Cheers from the Netherlands! - Remi
This is a great video to start the year, when you get back in the shop have you thought about a western theme trunk with horse shoe nails and leather straps ? Thank you for the video keep them coming
I really am inspired by your patience and consistency, planning and ability to finish your work. I am lacking in all of these, this is why I enjoy your channel so much. Have a great new year, best, James.
Happy New Year Jason!!! You've certainly built a workshop that any master carpenter would be very proud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big bear hugs from Kenny in Ohio, USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for inviting us into your shop over the years. I suspect you’ll be needing a bigger shop. Everything in its place is a beautiful thing. Hope you are healing up well.
I've enjoyed seeing the progression of your shop over the past couple years. You do some amazing work while using recycled materials.
Thanks :)
Two and a half hours Jason ? I don’t know how many beers this is going to cost me but I’m in for the long haul 🥴🍻
Cheers, Dunc. Hope you enjoy 👍
😂😂😂
I only got through 1 but started watching at midnight

Those bottle cap knobs are genius, I'm totally doing that.
I love how my man’s mind works.
I’m jealous of this workshop.

That's really great to hear. Happy new year :)
You have built an absolute dream of a workshop and it’s so therapeutic to watch! I was in stitches at the beginning when you gave the camera that „I am so bored with this sanding“ look! 😂 Thanks for the great videos😊
Seus vídeos são um verdadeiro colírio para mim, suas ferramentas são maravilhosas e sua destreza e criatividade é algo fora de série, parabéns.
