Your form looked good. You pulled w/ the left arm & didn’t collapse. Sami looked good as well. Sami has come a long way since he started using a bait caster.

I’m surprised you didn’t include the OTG Nick.
In a fishing situation it is possibly a bit shorter than a Pendulum but its benefit is that its easier to do and more bait friendly than the other 4 casts.

It was just about letting people know about the pendulum cast. We use a lot of clip down baits here so keeping the rig in the air helps. I have a full video on casting which includes off the ground. Thanks for your input mate. Regards Nickaway PS. I will do the off the ground and overhead soon.

Thinking about getting the “Breakaway Alpha Light Tackle” Rod. It looks super light & hopefully strong. Would yall recommend that one as my first light tackle Rod ?
Its a great little rod. Ideal for top waters, lures or live bait. Its one of Brenda's favorite rods. Landed many a Jack and a ton of Reds and Trout. We have plenty at the shop; also Roys and other good tackle shops. Regards Nickaway

That’s a good suggestion
Both the flat swing and high swing Pendulum hit about the same distance. I use the backcast for heavy baits and I also teach it as a cast for people with shoulder injuries. It a great cast for taking stress off the upper body. Thanks again for input.
