I've had one for about 15 years, the elastic is still good, it's a different company. Mine has 3 card slots, and a money clip on the outside as well. If you put a few bills in and flip it, it goes on one side then if you do it again and flip it the cash will go to the other side, having bills on both sides.
Well better for one of these. Personally I am not for the two parts connected which magic wallets have to have. And also the sort of strange (to my eye almost square) dimensions. But the exterior pockets and interior are a nice touch. The magic wallet might be fun for a student. But then this Jamie Jacobs is too adult for a student. I think it misses the mark. Perhaps if they had a $25-30 version that was a nylon alternative to a trifold velcro sort of thing.
