You were quick at beating this game especially with speed-run method I'm a big alien fan and I think this is the best alien game it's similar to doom and turok first person shooting atmosphere view

Because he knows where he is going, thats what causes motion sickness. Motion sickness are your senses not doing what u expect as movement. Its just too fast for you to really figure it out.
Frame rate and FoV can affect different people in different ways. You may just be affected negatively by one of them (likely the low frame rate. That's what always triggered me on this game).

Well done! It must have taken a lot to figure out the minimum requirements for each level.
It's been a long time since I've grinded this game, but I think it's per episode. 15% for 1st, 25% for 2nd, then 45% for episode 3.

There's no category on the leaderboard for max difficulty. It wouldn't be worth my time.
