I got so upset when I screwed up chapter 2 right from the start it seemed. I thought, I’ve killed these damn people forever! I couldn’t live with the guilt. Then I quickly realized that you just restart it and try again lol. In this game the only time the story is cannon is when you are satisfied with the outcome, keep that in mind because it helps take the stress away. 😂
I wasn’t satisfied with achakas death and that’s still canon
They dont die tho, because they are still alive when you peek through the door of the room outside of the Goblin Kings Throne Room right?
I made a dumb mistake; I forgot to check on Bramble after taking a break, and she died along with Fancypants :(
Has anyone tried:
1.Letting everyone(Mr Fancycakes, Amaya, Wente&Bramble Fey, the Hobblepots) die in Chapter 2 & whether the game allows u to continue (into Chapters 3-5)?
2.Still Chapter 2, but escape with the Merchant?
3.Also Chapter 2, make (Amaya/Bramble/Chester) jump the wrong way?
4.Make Queen Valenice walk to the door without lighting the path in Chapter 4?
John Lee 3.) They just die. They're not supposed to, so the game restarts at the beginning of the jumping section.
This is very late but before you can go the next day you have to feed someone therefore making it impossible to kill everyone.
I have to say, all my life I have never thought that I was above average intelligence.
Now I see that 'average' is relative.

Thank you so much i had so much to do and you really helped me with this but I know u didn’t exactly save Mr. fancy cakes but the thing is is that everybody was able to get home so you were able to ”Save” everyone (In a way) 👍🏼

It’s a good game but the sense of direction is kind of lacking. Took me forever to do this chapter...
I'd like to know, if for some reason u become a horrible king by letting everyone(Amaya, the Feys, the Hobblepots & Mr Fancycakes) die, can u still escape with the Merchant(as he seems to be the only 1 without a health meter)? Or do u get a death scene saying ur a horrible king or something? If u can still finish Chapter 2 without the townsfolk, who gives love advice to Graham in Chapter 3? Who meets Alexander in Chapter 4 & who meets Graham in the Land of the Dead in Chapter 5?(If the game actually allows it)

so let me get this straight, you have to either save all the townfolks and let mr cakes die or let someone else get taken away and save cakes? so there is no way to save everyone at the same time?
CamsEyeView There's only one vial of medicine. Both Bramble and Mr Fancycakes were sick. Everyone else can be saved, but with those two you have to make a choice.

Why is the sword a frying pan? And why is there a boulder tied to it? There's so much about this chapter that makes no sense.
Throughout this level, your strength determines how many boulders you can lift. Several puzzles require 2 strength (i.e. there are 2 boulders attached). Oh, and why is the sword a frying pan? Because King's Quest.

How did you find the solution to the music box puzzle?

Once you have 3 strength, you have to take the 3 bolts off the pipe in your cell room. Then you can climb through the pipe into another room. The room has a large hay stack in the middle, a coin on the ground and another music box all the way to the right. The music box in that room shows you the solution for the other music box. You just have to remember the pattern for the lullaby song.
To the extent that you take the pliers there is a wall that he tries to climb but can not , I think it leads to the infirmary but not figured out how to climb . Do you know how to climb there?

I really dislike this chapter, so goddamned tedious and not fun at all. I'm glad there's a walk through so I can get past this asap. And that last part with the meat is just ridiculous, terrible, terrible game design. Who in their right mind thinks this was a good idea to make?
