Watching a live without being able to look at the chat feels kind of weird.
I actually cut back on what supplements I'm taking recently. I was doing something 4 times a day (even if it's just a CBD gummy), but with my schedule the way it is, and my mental health, I needed to simplify things. So, now, I just do my multivitamin and a Big Brain capsule in the morning, and my Sleepi capsule at night. Eventually, I may get back into doing the B-Complex and Fish oil, but that won't be until I get things a bit more settled, and I find a pill organizer that will work for me.
