Aside from slapping a man live in front of everyone, which was in response to a joke he laughed at before looking over at his wife. If it was a man who stopped his wife from laughing and made her feel like she had to physically respond, it’d be fair to say there’s likely some emotional abuse going on and I think many would agree, but he’s a man so who cares?

The one thing celebs have going for them when picking up music careers is a lot more connections and financial backing, as well as some brand recognition. The downside is they are subject to a lot more criticism than the average new artist.
Wicked Wisdom sounds like Jinjer if they were a local band. Although that led to Will Smith joining Bury Your Dead on stage at Ozzfest so that was pretty cool.

Kind of shows off the pretentious snob in me for liking this band, but I cannot believe Omar from the Mars Volta thought that Thomas Pridgen, who was in Wicked Wisdom immediately before, was a good enough candidate for a replacement drummer.
Glad he moved on to bigger and better things that showed off his versatility. All love, but he was never a good fit, especially live (although I think his overplaying was intentional on Omar's part).
