Agonist, Antagonist and Synergist muscles movement

Agonist: The primary moving muscle is called agonist.
for example right medial rectus is our primary muscle then it would be agonist.
antagonist: the opposite moving muscle to the agonist is called antagonist.
lateral rectus is antagonist to the medial rectus.
synergist: muscle in each eye which move the in same direction.
right medial rectus and left lateral rectus are contralateral synergist.

Synergist muscle are two muscle moving in same direction in one eye but yoke muscle refers to a pair of muscle of both eyes (one from each eye ) moving eye in same direction during version movement. You unable to describe the difference of them🙂
