    Just when I had myself convinced my corded Bosch 1617 was good enough, here comes Clint with this epic cinematic masterpiece with that glorious red machine! Darn you TRZ! 😂 I seriously wish I could justify a cordless full size router lol.

      You do some amazing work brotha man, that said it's definitely not cheap. I'd say if that corded router is maken that green, stick with it unless you hate the cord that much brother

    I was thinking about getting a corded Bosch router but this looks way better! I think I'll get the kit if it goes on sale!

      Tell them you need a few more of those. Kabobs would go great with that oil rice

    Finally, I have wanted to see this one. I love the dust collection, I like the lever on the plunge, I just don't know how solid it is. Othwrwise it seems to be a fine tool. P s. You ever need hard wood just let me know. I have TONS of scraps

      Definitely has a solid build. Was really surprised with the quality on this one. I'll need to let you try this one to brother. So, I may need to take you up on that scrap. I'll buy some off of you cause the Depot, and every other supplier gone crazy for what they charge for this stuff 😪

      I have it. Solid as it gets. Had the sister, corded version. Identical performance and feel between the two. Sold the corded version.

    Why no mention of the lack of angled base included or available separately? Almost a deal breaker!

  • @4BikeMike
    @4BikeMike 8 місяців тому +2

    Don't see why you can't use the dust collector with the edge guide...seems like it would be a design flaw... doesn't the dust collector fit on the bars for the edge guide???

      Another deal breaker if true.. no angled base at all either

    This is a great video Clint. I don't think I need this router because I have the trim router that suits me fine already.

    Great job man. This is one of the tools I still want to get. I have a few corded ones but I'm going as cordless as possible. I hope there's a hard case for it.

    Hi, the plunge base does not direct the force of the handles to the workpiece fully. Does thix detract from the balance of the router as it moves along?

    Is there any ability to use an Allen or something to control lift if you add it to a table while upside down in the the non-plunge base?

    @toolreviewzone are u liking this better then the flex router? Like if u could only have one?

    • @ToolReviewZone
      @ToolReviewZone  8 місяців тому +1

      The Flex rouis way smaller (compact). This is for larger jobs. If I just needed a router for small jobs, the Flex router is awesome, but if you use 1/2" bits, thus would be the way to go 👊
