These neighborhoods are more like what my clients end up buying in and or want to see more of. I may do an update at different price points next fall. Thx for watching.

Thank you sir. Unfortunately no, all of the neighborhoods in this video are pretty well built out. I don’t believe there are any lots available to build in any of them.
Wow...how'd this one slip past me? Sorry my friend...Versailles: there are 2-3 lots that appear undeveloped (GIS mapping..I can drive to the hoods if you'd like me to) to have changed hands in the last couple years that are owned by builders. Stone Ridge has 2 active lots for sale currently. $95k and $88k respectively and both about 1 acre...that neighborhood is quite hilly and may only allow a certain type of build/size to go on those lots.
@@LivinginBentonville Thank you for this information. We are hoping to follow through on a lot purchase/build in Versailles or Stone Ridge next spring. If the lots are builder-owned in both neighborhoods, do these builders provide a custom-built home, subject to neighborhood restrictions, if one negotiates directly with them?
Each and every builder is different. It could very well be that the lots in Versailles owned by the builders are waiting permit approval to get started. As mentioned I can go drive through to see if they’ve started something on those lots or perhaps they want to just hold the property for now. On both accounts however, there are neighborhood association rules on what can and cannot be built in the neighborhoods… Most builders that you work with will want to know the style of home that you like combined with what is allowed to be built… Size, style, height, exterior finishing materials
Could you cover some "normal" neighborhoods. These are are all upper middle class/rich.

Stunning, beautiful, great value! Great presentations thank you!
Thank you for the compliments! Glad you’re enjoying them. Rogers, AR neighborhoods coming up in a few weeks
Thank you for this informative presentation. Candlewood appears beautiful. Does it have any empty lots to build on?
