10:08 "I am shooting an alien I am shooting an assistant I dont know but I am shooting something" as he puts a .44 magnum into his assistants head turning him into fucking paste lol couldnt stop replaying the clip, so damn funny
@@NotWendy3 I dont care what kind of space age tech you are employing , the .38 special is a limp wristed cartridge that is not going to be fired out of a revolver twice the size of your hand and is most certainly not going to reduce your foes to jelly. Case closed, at the very least it was a .45
@@TemperateGreenBananaOnTheRun It is what it is. The damage it does in game is pretty pathetic, but it's also a weapon designed to be used underwater, which probably comes with a lot of limitations.
solo baro with npcs is a gritty, serious experience where you actually fight to survive. multiplayer is a glorified ffa where you can randomly get injected with 6 vials of opioids and die on the spot.
Here is a fun trick i learned while doing solo run, the best people to hire are assistants. They have skill that makes hiring new assistants 25% cheaper and it stacks so as long as 4 live rest are free and assistants get the most xp boosting skills in the game not to mention skills that benefit the crew when they die and one of assistants skill trees can teach them skills from other jobs, sure they wont be as skilled as the person who has the actual job but atleast theyre free. Another fun fact clowns are assistants by default so once you become friends with them you can get some very high level clows for completly free!!! The only reason you would need npc on the other job is to get all the crafting recepies. (warning! I cannot quarantee your sanity staying intact after such a trick but honestly no one who's willing to stay in europa has any sanity to begin with so go nuts)
I'm getting ideas for speedrunning the game with an army of fucken clowns, but 1. the early game would be a nightmare, and 2. The therapist would be really confused about this.
I think the bot crewmates were intentionally coded to be kind of inefficient because the game punishes you for automating things. Autopilot is agonizingly slow and automatic reactor control is unresponsive and delayed.
@@ciceroissad4821That's the neat thing, you don't. You have to trust your gaggle of bots to do their job, just like how you'd do the same in multiplayer.
You're missing out on the finnish hordes by not having Finland in the title or the description... but then again, I may be the first of many. Suomi mainittu; torilla tavataan.
@@RadioSalemYTheres a fun facts i learned about barotrauma as fin: the in game currency mark apparently is inspired by markka (finnish currency before euros), the pharmasuicidal signs (cant bother to figure out how to type it correctly) has word apteekki in it (finnish translation) and in most vanilla ships alarms have 1 of their values set as 112 (112 is finnish emergency number). I recommend checking these facts in game yourself since my memory tends to be dogshit and i wouldnt trust myself with facts but these are things i remember finding out.
constructive criticism: youre trying way too hard to bite sseth's style; if you allow for your own identity to develope unconstrained by that tether, i think you have a lot of potential
Bots aint that bad. Just use the roles they got. They gonna do fine as long as you wont forget to spend their talent points. And they are easily replaceable. In multiplayer?... Yeach you are thrown into what can be described as a chaos theorem

I will do the lame nerd thing and point out that it's canonically .38.

Top tier description of barotrauma.
A day in the life of Artie Dolittle

How am i supposed to go to the reactor and arrange the energy consumption while driving, shooting, and trying to remain everyone alive?-

barotrauma AI makes great gunners for pulse laser and coilgun but that's all
5 billion marks wasted on capping random ice formations lol
Actually underrated .

Not bad man keep it up
Lots of editing
This channel will be huge one day
It will not. Another guy trying to be an edgy Seth
Barotrauma is much more engaging with dynamic europe, neurotrauma and "real sonar" mods, try some, but with friends (if you have some)
