I'm silly, I mostly like higher proof bourbons, kept in the freezer and poured over one large ice cube in summer, and room temp in winter.

I'm not a "proof snob" but I do sip cask/Barrel strength in the summer. Just bought a JDSBBP at 133.6 proof and just about killed it a week and a half later! I now know why people like these. Def my favorite barrel proof product atm.

Nice! I have three 94 proof EC picks that were 37.00 bucks and they are awesome! I’m enjoying Evan Williams single barrel, Michters American, Michters Rye, Sagamore finished rye’s, Knob Creek 12yr, and some barrel proofs:)! Cheers!

Cedar Ridge Bourbon is SUCH a great crowd-pleaser. I like to mix it with whatever fruit is in season, like strawberries in June or peaches in August.
