Sipo Egg with Shrimps and Vegetables Recipe

    Ingredients:
    Oil for sauteing
    2 tbsp - Butter
    3 cloves - Garlic
    1 pc - Small onion
    2 tbsp - Flour
    1/2 cup - Chicken stock
    1 pc - Diced carrots
    1/2 cup - Button Mushrooms
    1 1/2 cup - Diced Turnip (singkamas)
    Salt to taste
    1 pc - Diced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup - Sliced ham
    1/2 cup - Sweet peas
    1/2 cup - Snow peas
    12 pcs - Shrimp (season with salt)
    1/2 cup - Cream
    1/2 tsp - White pepper
    15 pcs - Quail eggs

    Alam na naman this Chef. Bukas yan iluto ko after magsimba. Alisin ko lang yung Peas may G6PD kasi junakis ko hehe.

    Mymas okay na version pla, naloka ako sa mga pa can nang mushrooms then all purpose pa. Buti dto sa simpol 1 lng 😂

    first time ko malaman na may ganitong recipe. gusto ko itry lutuin para sa mga friends..hindi nalang ako kakain coz im allergic to shrimp, chicken and egg.. thanks for sharing, Chef! Merry Christmas 🎅🎄

      Try it with beef (thinly sliced). Separate the eggs for your friends, that way you can still enjoy this dish. Good luck!

    Wow! This dish brings me back when we were kids and we'd eat out after Church. Yes, we would all fight for the itlog ng pugo. It’s so simpol, it’s just a one pan dish. Thanks for sharing this chef. I’m going to look for singamas. It’s not the same without it hehe. Be safe and be well. Cheers!
