Mr Ballen is the best story teller.
Before he said it was carbon monoxide. I already knew because that just happened to me and my children. Last week , 280ppm that’s what the gas and fire department said, they also said it was a death level of CO2. my leasing office changed the hot water tank, the leak was coming from the neighbors apartment . Good thing I returned from my cruise last Saturday at the time I did. My son’s ages are 20,19,13 my babies would have went to bed and I would have came home to my sons unalive . So I thank God and the universe also the CO2 detector didn’t go off smh
Based on the pic I immediately thought pyoderma gangrenosum. Any kind of sudden flu that improves when you go outside, immediately makes me think CO. I fell asleep in a room filling w it and immediately had a horrible headache within an hour of a fireplace vent being closed. I slept like the dead that night and could barely do regular things the next day. My friend was talking about how she closed the flu which made me realize that me and the pet were in the room where it was all backing up. V lucky she said something.
I suspected carbon monoxide poisoning when we heard the mom felt better when she was in the guest house.

Mr. Ballen, much respect, I look forward to Sundays immensely. Constructive thought here if I may, I am a person enthralled with medical mysteries but my mind only allows me to follow a story with images, even if it is just stills so I can keep track of faces. This is the only reason I don't "watch" the podcast.

And no one ever will. The police in Nigeria were definitely in on it and they just set up at another location.
I remember there was an episode of Rescue 911 and this man was sitting in the ER waiting to be seen he was very very sick, his whole family was sick. I can't remember the circumstances of why he was in the ER and his family was back at home but while he was in the er, he was a rescue 911 episode involving carbon monoxide poisoning. The symptoms fit his symptoms as well as his family so he immediately called 911 from the er to go to his house-and sure enuff there was a carbon monoxide leak

I knew this sounded familiar. My friend had that type of poisoning too and ended up really ill for several weeks. It is a very silent killer. They are lucky.
It's lucky they didn't pass in there sleep, that's when it's most deadly
@@dansweda712 exactly there have been incidents locally where entire families passed away over night from carbon monoxide poisoning.
