The stainless top cracks on those. The stainless steel is super thin. Mine lasted 15 dives. Switch also doesn’t work well with a hand grip, or torch hand brace.

Thanks for your feedback, Jason, these are new to us so we don't have much background experience with them.
We'll keep an eye out on the issue you mention, if it is a recurring problem then we will take things back to the manufacturer.
      We appreciate your insights.

I’ve been using the D14 for over 10 years now. It’s been a very reliable light and I’ve probably used it on over 100 dives. As @Jesusandbible replied, it obviously needs to be rinsed thoroughly in fresh water. I also occasionally remove the bezel and clean and apply fresh silicone to the threads and gasket/o-ring. It’s been a wonderful little light.

Garbage dive torch, mine lasted less then 18 months. Cheap Amazon copy is now 2 years old and no dramas.

These are new to us, Jason, and we are making an assumption that they are in line with the quality of other Led Lenser torches.
We'll be sure to keep tabs on any issues.
      Thanks for your feedback.

@@HORTOJM your feedback is valuable, we don't want to be selling items with known faults. If this does turn out to be a common issue then it's something we will stop ranging.
In the meantime, anyone reading this can rest assured that they do come with a good warranty, and we'll advocate for our customers should this turn out to be a problem.

Batteries will drain slowly even when not in use, Zoran, could this be the cause? ~ Ben
