@@DesperiusFFXIV Nah dude I was just making a silly joke haha In your context you meant "amount of gil" and I made a joke that you were referring to the actual physical size of a coin of gil. Most people would know what you meant.
I don't go out of my way to make money often but something that I absolutely hit pay dirt on is tome mats. I always go into the savage patch with capped tomes, a WT to turn in to get even more tomes, and make sure my roulettes aren't spent. The initial rush that crafters make to get those mats is so gigantic that you can be millions richer just from selling the stuff that they need to make stuff for prog. Some other really good sources of money during savage rush include Materia if you don't plan on raiding, and fate gems are very good to have to sell monster drops. You can make tens of millions of gil without crafting a single thing, just by taking advantage of these sources of income during the first 1-2 weeks of the new raid tier.
Myabe a dumb question, but with all of those gills, what can you do, if u can craft everything? I mean, it seems gills are almost pointless to farm in this game (expect if you want to buy an house for fc or for your own).
convience for buying whatever u like whenever u need it, stuff like rare drops from treasure maps and hard to grind glams, and gil mounts. Most of the time it's the ilvl that matters most, there are only a few cases where let's say an ilvl 710 piece with ideal subs beats out a 720 piece with the worst subs. Now if that 710 piece is crafted and pentamelded you'll need better stats to replace it. It's best to look up a calculator or simulator for your class and plug in the gear and material to see for yourself if you aren't sure
Ilvl is not always everything. If the 710 chest gives you skill speed and tenacity over the 700 chest piece giving crit determination, then stay with the 700 chest. Ilvl doesn’t always mean the BIS
@@danielditton6510for battle classes the sub stats don't always make up the difference in main stats as those will always be higher in larger ilvl. Rarely does a change in sub stats outweigh the change in main stats.
@@ILoveJamesFelt cool, so you agree with what I said that iLVL is not always BIS. This “rare” occurrence is rather common at the start of expansions as far as I was able to see during EW weeks 1’s and from how it’s looking right now in DT.
@danielditton6510 eh you kind of made the blanket statement that "if the higher Ilvl item gives tenacity and sks its worse than the lower ilvl item that gives crit & det." That's basically the one scenario where it *might* be better to roll with the lower ilvl item, but even then the main stats gained mean it's more likely better to go with the higher ilvl piece anyways, *especially* since crit isn't as valuable at the start of an expansion compared to the end of an expansion
I see you've casted your lot with the M4 heathens and have not yet opened your eyes to the superiority of M2. I recently finished my pentameld nightmare myself. Are Endwalker purple scrips really more efficient, though?

Help friends out, buy mounts, buy minions, glamor, sometimes it’s not about what you do with it. Some of us just like big number 😂
It's the old saying: "I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it."

At least give me some, because I don't have time to play that much 😭😂

Sadly, I can't do savage. Due to inconsistent work schedules and working mostly overnight.
I wish I could get into it ugh
You can, PF exists and I've cleared every savage in PF. Static is very much not needed.
Use PF. It's a myth that PF is bad. Just hop on a team and go.
