1/4 cup soy sauce
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white sugar

May paprika, may onion powder, may garlic powder....hay sa panahon ngayon, dapat yung matipid pero masarap na recipe!

Tried this with and without a splash of water. The ones without water won, especially when I put in some chilli 🌶 flakes. Sweel and Spicy Skinless Longganisa. Simpol!!! Thanks Chef Tatung!

kung hindi huhugasan ung giniling before cooking it, siguro bili na lang ng giniling sa supermarkets, kesa bumili sa mga palengke na sobrang dumi, bacteria sa chopping board nila, pagdapo ng langaw, yung ginamit na pang giling.
Tama po. I prefer meat shops either Monterey or Fresh Options. Safe po talaga.
Kahit naman hugasan yung nabili sa palengke na nilangaw na di parin malilinis or disinfect yun.

Bili ako ng fresh na meat tapos hugasan ko then cover ko sa salt then fridge for 1+ days para malinis before i grind. Pwede naman gumawa ng brown sugar using white sugar plus molasses. I think black garlic will take better. That's how you make simple to complicated 😂
