You are soooo right, Laura! The sea will thank you. A picture is better than taking a live creature. You can show how you left the creature but LOOK HOW AWESOME IT WAS! and people will respect for you for respecting the wildlife.
Gotta agree with you on the oyster and crown conch. Very cool. Thanks, Laura!😊
HOW AWESOME WAS THAT!!! Thank you for the walk. XOXO
Oh Laura! I have so missed the long videos. And now I have Dickmans fever REALLY bad, lol! I love that place. So so fun! I remember first seeing this video before I came there. I found all my sand dollars and sunray venus there. Can't wait to come back! Have a great week!
Hi Laura! Thank you so much for taking me along on this shelling adventure! Wow I have never been to Marco Island area and I would love love love to have a sand dollar from there. I just was in June in sanibel and while snorkeling just past the Lighthouse I found partially buried half of a sand dollar and a worn lightening whelk empty shell. I was just thrilled about that. Marco Island though is a paradise..I can see that. I got a treasure box from you before that I loved (thanks) and maybe I will have to get another one on the off chance of some treasures from the Marco Island area being in there 😀
You hit the jackpot today, I enjoyed watching
Fabulous finds loved the video. Thank you
It's been 30 yrs since I've been there. I used to shell like crazy. All my shells from Siesta Key, Casey Key, Sanibel were taken by movers during a move in my 30s. I had them in single trays labeled. I found 2 big pink conch about1#-14 inches when snorkling in late 70's. They were empty, but hadn't made it in. I was 18 then. When I found my first shark eye, I was overjoyed.
Hi Laura ✌🏻 I know they are not as popular, but those gorgeous pieces of iridescent pen shell are absolutely irresistible to me❤️
Great video. Love all those sand dollars.
Once again you made my day! So many wonderful shells, I felt like I was right there shelling with you. Hopefully we'll be coming to Sanibel in the fall once again. Thanks for the video.
Hello Laura, have watched you when you had your other channel too. I am a professional seashell collector and have a lot of the Florida seashells. I also have shells from other states, Hawaii too. I especially love the International seashells I own and have to buy. I also own museum quality seashells and rare ones too. It is more fun if people find the names of the shells they collect instead of just putting them in a jar, etc. All my seashells are cataloged and I have pictures of each one. I only have one or several of each kind. I do like watching you find shells and of course know their names. Take care and thank you.
Awesome treasures today! And I love that king crown stuck to the oyster shell...outrageously beautiful!
Laura, as usual you have proven yourself with a wonderful collection of shells…so many and unusual shells such as the crown stuck to oyster.. what a wonderful day
Cannot wait to get back there in November! I loved Dickmans! One of my favorite places to explore! ❤️
Amazing!
I've been to Marco and Kice. Dickmans is on my list of destinations!
New subscriber here in your channel love the shells there. 😍
Omg, I keep telling you to pick up shells that you miss, lol
