Aaron - Thank you for sharing this behind the scenes look at the making of the Fyro 22. Clearly, tons of thoughtfulness and care went into producing this pack and, after just receiving mine, I can say that it shows! Congratulations on reaching the milestone of SHIPPING an incredible bag after two years of putting so much effort and care into the Fyro. I've done some trial packing with pouches (like you, I'm a pouch guy) and here's what I've settled on so far: ~~~In EDC Mode (22L)~~~ 1. Evergoods CAP 0.5L - holds cables and adapters for charging on the go (in airports, hotels, and rental cars), and the clip on stand for using my phone on a plane without neck strain. 4. Black Ember Grip Sling with Camera Kit - holds my Fuji X-T5, two lenses, extra batteries, charger, card reader, cleaning cloths, and a few wires; the sling is great on its own, but at 4.5" thick fits nicely in the expanded Fyro!! Of course, I'm still playing with how best to stash the quick access items I use most in the Hatch, but that's the fun of a new bag. Three additional comments from initial setup - two cons and then a pro to finish with: 1. The Hydrolock is shall we say, quirky AF. I would not want to remove this frequently, if at all, and it may take some getting used to. A few tips for anyone reading this far: * Be sure to attach the Hydrolock on the side of the bag that will NOT be facing up when you swing the bag around for quick access to the Hatch. This may or may not be where the water bottle is on your OLD pack, but it gets in the way on the Fyro if it ends up on the up side. * The video on the Fyro UA-cam channel misses an important step in attaching the Hydrolock: the 4th Woojin clip. This additional clip is on the opposite side from the one with the three clips in a row. Attach this 4th clip to the "male" part of the clip on the Fyro BEFORE you attach the other three. I am guessing this was a factory update to the pack to make the top edge of the Hydrolock sturdier during the process of sliding a bottle in and out. * Beware that expansion of the pack is trickier with the Hydrolock in the way, and it can interfere with opening the main compartment as far as possible/desired. Personally, I'd love to see Fyro V2 find a way to attach the Hydrolock without it overlapping the access to the main compartment, or perhaps making it easier to detach. 2. Unlike in the product videos (check the one for the Hatch), my standard key leash is sewn in and NOT removable. If I decide to truly make this my main backpack, I will probably just CUT this leash. Bummer. Fortunately, I ordered the Premium Retractable Key Leash also, but it's a drag that I won't have a usable standard leash for elsewhere in the bag. What happened with this? Was this a mistake or a last-minute design decision? 3. I know you are a big "Apple Ecosystem" guy, so your frequent mention of the hidden Air Tag pocket in the Vault left me with little reason for hope as a member of the Android ecosystem who uses a range of Tile devices. So imagine how pleasantly shocked I was to find this pocket just large enough to not only fit a Standard Tile Mate, but even the new Tile Pro with extended range (important for a tracker that will be stashed in the Fyro's Vault)! This was one of several reasons I returned the whole Pakt ecosystem within the first 30 days after trying it for one trip. Very cool stuff, Aaron! Interesting that like a lot of things, no matter how many times people do them that things pop up that are unexpected and you have to think on your feet. Especially for Luke and Feng, Thuy and Quay (forgive the spelling if it's off). Love the teamwork going on there. Q: How many of the 500 that are in the factory were working on Fyro stuff? I know they make other stuff and saw some in the background. As long as it's cool, kudos for not blurring it out.
Appreciated Scott! At the height of our production run we have around 3 full lines just working on Fyro T22s, so maybe 50-70 sewers in total, not including all the management, development teams, QC, etc....it truly was an epic team effort!!
I appreciate the people in Vietnam so much! My entire team here is Vietnamese and they all the best people I have worked with in all the 15 countries I have done business!
Damn! I really wished I didn't cancel my order. I've been here since the beginning of the journey. Everyone who ordered the bag will be super happy. I'll save some cash for the next bag for sure.
Coulda been longer! I didn’t want to leave the factory floor by the end 🥹 Must have been such a fun time, working side by side with people you are trusting with your baby!
Not the sort of Bag i would buy ( i am more into 35L carry-ons ) But a really good looking work bag ( though pretty expensive at 270$ ) absolutely love the way that you have included the Bottle pocket really interesting
thanks for your feedback! we definitely took some risks on the design of the bag but we were fortunate to find our audience and raise nearly $400,000 USD on Kickstarter.... beauty is in the eye of the beholder 💪

Aaron, gotta say it, my man.....
LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOO.
I am so hype to get my hands on this backpack. I cannot wait for my Christmas from current me to future me.
LFG!!!
If you are making bags, this video hits differently.
Amazing video
thank you so much!!
Awesome video, Aaron (and Luke). I've known Luke for many years; he is Master Backpack, like Master Yoda. Luke's attention to detail and passion for this industry are admorable. Well done, team!
thanks so much mate! couldn't have done this without Luke and BagMe's help!!
Production line remains best method. Swift. Bulk. Design. Testing. All ensured!!
🙌🏽
Its so cool that I'm watching how my backpack created ! Im so excited for this Aaron much love from Philippines but will be shipped in Saudi Arabia lol ! Thank you so much for the team man!
thank you so much, we couldn't have done this without our community's support!
Hi Aaron in your mous day backpack review there was a umbrella that you packed into it I am really curious on the brand of it because it looked very stylish and am in the market for buying one for travelling
I got it at some random market in Hong Kong, don't have it anymore so not sure the brand, sorry!
@ that’s all good I will continue my search for a umbrella
Loved the video! So entertaining! Can't wait for my bag pack!
thank you so much, bags being delivered soon!!
great video pumped for my T22 to arrive happy holidays!
thanks so much mate, T22s shipping soon!!
Fantastic video, didn't know there's so much behind the scene, the naive me just thought design and get someone to sew the bag, lol. Was sitting on the fence coz I love the bag especially the hydrolock except for the hatch cover. Great work, all the best and one step closer to your dream!. 💪💪
thanks so much dude! so glad we could give you a behind the scenes look into everything
Amazing video. Honestly wanted it to be longer with some interviews with the team members and their thoughts and challenges. Ps that green one is 🔥
Thanks so much! We have hours and hours more footage that we will be publishing from this production run on the Fyro UA-cam channel - be sure to subscribe there so you can get a DEEPER look at how we made the T22
Will this be out on Shopee site?
not at first, but we are hoping to expand into multiple marketplaces over the course of 2025 💪
I'm not getting this backpack (yet) but the level of detail is amazing! also the video is super well produced, looks like a high budget documental
thank you so much!! Shoutout to Tav for all his hard work shooting/editing this goliath project
Waited a while for this video. Hope you can also send updates about when we can expect backpacks for the customers in England. Was hoping to get it this month, but looks like next month at the earliest
we are hoping to give an update in the next few days! To be honest the bags are in the warehouse, just keep getting delays for when they will be sent out... hopefully very soon!
respect the story, good start for your brand
thanks so much! it was a crazy few months but learned so much
Cannot wait for your future projects. Maybe a great under the seat and slings
thanks so much mate, and that's exactly what we are looking at next!!

@@Nomads.Nation Congratulations, Aaron, can't wait for mine to arrive!
Phuong, Thuy and Quang :) I forgive you for the spelling, I blame Aaron's pronunciation :)
@@BagMe. Thanks for the grace on the spelling. At least I got one right. 🤣
dope! I do still regret not beeing able to get this bag!
thanks so much! You can still pick one up on the Fyro.co website in a few weeks once the Kickstarter orders are shipped 💪
This was so good!
thank you so much!!
This is such a fucking cool well made video. That's worth a subscription for sure, but holy shit, keep it coming
Aaron and Taf are so good at what they do, and I have learned so much and been so inspired working with them...
thank you so much for your support - more content like this coming soon on the Fyro channel 💪

🙌🏽
Amazing work and video! When is the green version coming? 😉

Green... X-Pac :)
I have a bag idea also, this is pretty interesting.
Can I be apart of the team ?
we aren't currently hiring but shoot me an email aaron@fyro.co if you want to chat!
To the moon Aaron, to the freaking moon!!!
couldn't have done it without the support of this amazing community!!
Damn! I really wished I didn't cancel my order. I've been here since the beginning of the journey. Everyone who ordered the bag will be super happy. I'll save some cash for the next bag for sure.
We'll be here waiting once you are ready!!
C'mon F22 arrive by Christmas!!!! 🎅🏼🎅🏼
we are so close!!!
Woah a twenty minute full feature.
hope you enjoy!!
Coulda been longer! I didn’t want to leave the factory floor by the end 🥹 Must have been such a fun time, working side by side with people you are trusting with your baby!
So green xpac version when ;)
working on it haha
Not the sort of Bag i would buy ( i am more into 35L carry-ons ) But a really good looking work bag ( though pretty expensive at 270$ ) absolutely love the way that you have included the Bottle pocket really interesting
thank you so much for your feedback!! We are making a 35L carry on next, more details coming soon ;)
One of those is mine! :D
😉
Finally, it's out! Been dying to watch this! 😬
we've been working so hard on it, hope you enjoy!!
Great video👍, ugly bag 👎💫
thanks for your feedback! we definitely took some risks on the design of the bag but we were fortunate to find our audience and raise nearly $400,000 USD on Kickstarter.... beauty is in the eye of the beholder 💪
Just now seeing this, I'm gonna buy one
thank you for your support!! T22s should be in stock the next few weeks, please see the link at the top of the description to sign up to our email waiting list
