Also here is a suggestion: build a nether mob switch so that mobs will not interfere your work. I know you summon bots to keep it loaded, but do not let them ride the minecart. I think it explains why it broke.
I have a nether mobswitch. It was so boring it didn't make it into the video, but I made it before starting this project. I summoned the bots stationary on the nether roof.

For update suppression in 1.19+ without downgrading or making update skippers I recommend a mod called carpet fixes. It's not very well known and it brings back update supression/item shadowing with the reIntroduceInstantBlockUpdates and reIntroduceItemShadowing features. Also I love the videos and the amount of effort you put into every video!
Or use OOM suppression to make swapped shulkers for update suppression

Big props for the insane work here. I know there's a couple other UA-camrs who do it too and for the fun of it, but you're much more reserved and your personality isn't as.. edgy as another might be.
