With 6.5mm plywood i can set max speed on 100 with 100%. Got also the 20w Atezr. Hope so... otherwise it wont cut. S is set to 1000. Do you have any idea why i have only about 50% of power?
Are you using Lightburn? I found that the ATEZR Owners Group and ATEZR Users Group on Facebook is really helpful and you can get answers quickly from the users.
Slow delivery... Based on your review and that of several other UA-camrs I ordered one of these machines a couple of months ago. I'm still waiting to receive my order! I'm in the UK. Has anyone else had the same problem?
It doesn’t actually engrave metal, it marks it. If you want to engrave metal you have to use a fiber laser, or infrared laser. This is a really nice laser though. Thank you for the review.
Laser "Marking" is putting information onto the surface of your medium with little or no penetration. LASER "Engraving" refers to putting information onto a part with evident penetration below the surface of the material. Where the confusion comes in, it used to be true that diode lasers only marked, but that was with the 5w and 10w machines. These new 20W LASERs actually do engrave. Not this metal test presa, because the power was so low, but they do. These 20W LASERs can cut metal, unlike the 5w and 10w. If you can feel it, it is engraving.
@@mpcreviews Oh ok. Lol, that is more what it looked like. Quite impressive that it cuts really well. Thanks for clarifying and sharing your experience :)
I have the xTool D1 20w. It's a pretty good machine. But, I will say this. For the price tag I would choose this machine over the xTool D1. They are both fantastic machines. Both have their own issues. But the price tag on the P20 is about $500 cheaper.
lol thanks for all that Ken, Mine shows up today and you seem to have a spy in your shop ! LOL yup I'm gonna borrow some of this if that's ok
Have fun. This is a fantastic machine. I'm testing the v35 now.

Hey, sorry to hear that. Yes they have had way more orders than they expected. There seems to be a back log according to the FB group guys.
Does it work on silver and Gold. Will it work with a MAC computer?
For silver and gold I believe you need a fiber laser. I do not have a Mac, but people on the ATEZR Facebook page says it works will with on.
I'd love to know how it can engrave in different colors, that alone almost makes it worth the $1K price tag.
I have the file for the test in this link. Check it out. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NWaasw7nUclfSoLJww1fz2nfjo2vo4rJ?usp=sharing

Cool machine and video too but if that was a 2x4 then my eyes are worse than I thought.
It was a 2x4 planed down.

As another commenter said... I'd love to know how it burns in anything but shades of black or grey... brownish if it's wood.
Are you talking about the colored metal
It sounds like most of the cons were fixed on the xTool. I have a LP3 on the way. and plan on an xTool 20 or 40w depending on how things go.

Two videos of the same review? Sure glad I could get another perspective.
Not sure what you mean by that. Are you talking my other channel?
At the end of the day what's the aftersales service any good or not.
I can honestly say I haven't had a reason to contact them.
Where do you buy it from? I looked at the info below you’re title..
I bought it on Amazon. I am told you get it quicker from there.
