Again a good introductory video for newbies. One thing that came to mind while watching the part where you showed the ground speed table and associated rates of descent, someplace along the way of my learning from various videos I was told that a simple rule of thumb to approximate the rate of descent to be followed is to multiply your ground speed by a factor of “5” and this will give a rate of descent. If you check the table on the approach chart this closely approximates the specified rate of descent that was published.
We are keeping well on our bank holiday here in Canada and enjoying the last few days of summer and of course this was another educational video and for me more like a refresher course. Thank You Head Master Huddison :)

Great information. I'm going to start getting a batch of charts downloaded and printing them off at work for filing and future flights 👍
Sounds great 👍
Very helpful video once again - much appreciated.

Thanks for the kind comment.
Always helpful! Thanks!
You're most welcome Chris.
Yet another great beginner friendly tutorial. You could do a community post to test our knowledge :)
That's a good idea; maybe I'll theme a future livestream around that idea ;)
Ground speed for a C152 is 45 knots to stall and 110ish knots for max speed. Fly 60ish knots for landing.
