My mom&pop devorced when I was 8 yrs old. But I was 10 yrs old when my mom started dated my stepdad. They dated until I was 16. They married when I was 16. My mom became a instant mother of three daughters & me. Grandma of 5 grandsons&5 granddaughters. 4 grandsons& 4 granddaughters are married have kids.
My stepdad died of Superflu in 2018. He was diabetic.
One of my nephews whos alittle younger then is on the street and on drugs. He did come back. Because he was sick. But he left a few days later.
Backstory: From I was born - 8 yrs old. My mom thought that having me would calm&temper him. But it didnt do anything. So they divorced when I was 8 yrs old.
My brother(Stepdads Son)committed suicide when I was 12. The horrific thing bout it was going into a ‘76 motor home seeing red stuff on the mini wall at age 13. Findin out it was my brothers brain material at age 16.
But I’m here. It’s really challenging, trying&hard at times. I’m getting through it. I talk to my therapist every Thursday of the month. My life coach comes over to make sure I do my house work every Monday of every month. I used to play console games. But now that’s gone. My laptop is gone too. So I’m workin on RGP sourcebooks. Slow going. But happiness.

@hanshotfirst1138 That's what I thought, too, when I found out about his death. In my 13-16 years, I loved Jason. And I think I'm not alone.
In numerology there is such a direction as the matrix of fate. Jason had a karmic tail of 18-6-6. This means that a person will miss love in life, from parents, from a husband or wife... The most important task for this tail is to learn to love yourself, not to merge with a person. Jason had just hanged himself because of his divorce from his wife. They were married for 20 years, so he loved her.
It's a pity, very sorry. I myself have a karmic tail of 18-6-6. But I understand that if I do something to myself, then I will have to go through this tail again. After all, karma is not passed.
Rest in peace, Jason David Frank. I hope God will forgive you for committing suicide 😭🕊️

Thank you Amy for providing a space of grief.
Jason was a huge influence in my life. He is singularly the reason I got into Martial Arts.
His presence as an inspiring person continued to drive me into the security field and become better at my craft.
It's because of his character both on and off screen that further led me to achieve in my profession. I ended up a head of security for a film and television studio in Atlanta, and I was able to live my dream; working alongside your fellow thespians as they created fantastic entertainment for people.
I was at a Dragon Con one year he was a featured guest. And although I never got to interact with him. I passed him on the floor as he was on his way to a panel or signing. My first thought was as any fan to stop him and get my interaction. But instead I realized he's on his way to someplace and I didn't want to be rude.
But for me it was enough to see my childhood hero in passing.
Again thank for this and may he rest in peace. "Its Morphing Time!"

Im 38, I get that he was a normal human being like anyone else but to me he wasn't average. I witnessed him be consistently outstanding to fans and always put out high positive energy. I feel the same pain and when I heard the news I thought it was a hoax. I couldn't believe it. Just a week ago we lost Kevin Conroy due to Cancer which was a complete shock catching everyone off guard. Jason David Frank's death feels very much like Robin William's death back in 2014 very unexpected. I had the opportunity to meet JDF during Dallas Fan Days at the Irving Convention Center and the experience even for that brief moment was wonderful for me and also did professional photo op with him with 2 copies and framed it. I am really sorry for your loss Amy Jo. I know he meant a lot to you. He was a kid a heart and the energy he brought you just gravitated towards him instantly. He always lift the spirits of everyone he came in contact with. 21 years ago we lost Thuy Trang and now Jason David Frank and like you said it just sucks.
