Ben (Will Smith) calls customer service to complain about rotten meat. As he goes along, Ben realizes that the man, Ezra (Woody Harrelson), doesn't eat meat and is blind. Pissed off, he starts to be very rude and mean to the poor man who is just trying to do his job.

This scene was packed with emotions. He was testing what kind of person Ezra was. But it disgusted him what he had to do in order to see Ezra was an amazing person who deserved a gift he could give.

I think he forced himself to do it to test if Ezra was a good person and deserving of the eyes
this was a very sad movie. can make you cry....
I literally cried 30 minutes straight.
I wish I could have ezra's composure when dealing with rude customers. I know he was testing him to see what kind of a person he is but 99.9% of the time if a customer is rude to you they are NOT trying to test you to see if you are a good person. They are either in a bad mood, upset about something else unrelated to you, or are just flat out a jerk

Basically how customer service is unfortunately, I don’t think people realize that customer service has little to no control over the quality of products, we’re simply there to help assist customers with refunds, returns, exchanges and managing orders if you’re a place that takes orders that’s it we don’t have a say on what gets sold and what doesn’t
Customer service a lot of time don't do their job. I remember I had a game account and one day it got banned. Customer service representative didn't know why it happened but it happens they don't plan to fix it. Lol the gaming company had 2 type of customer service. 1 for f2p and the other for P2W. I was an f2p player so they didn't gives a f

Sometimes the customer fuck over themselves. You wont belivñeve how many times I have warned customers to wait for the orders because the mailing system is having issues and then they complain when they get double orders

I tried watching this movie when I was a kid but turned it off because it was too adult for me. This is the only scene I really remember from the movie, but I assume there is at least 6 more scenes of will smith harassing disabled people.

I’ve never seen this movie I just kind of came across this clip, but what’s sad about it is that people are actually this ignorant in real life. I’m visually impaired myself, and I come across really nice people a lot of the time, but sometimes you get really ignorant people like that.
You are right about that, I am totally blind, on top of that, 1 leg, 7 fingers. And 3 nubs to make up for the missing fingers. Lol you get all kinds of people like this.
