Parliament of South Africa - “To represent the people, and to ensure government by the people in fulfilling our constitutional functions of passing laws and overseeing executive action”. Debate on National Women’s Day saw chaos as women of the EFF and ANC goes head to head *****
The Constitution affords all South Africans the right to see and hear what happens in Parliament.
For the last 7 years and for the benefit of subscribers and the community “My Africa” search for sequences that are newsworthy, interesting, funny etc. From a, sometimes long and boring, Parliament sitting allowing the community the opportunity to choose which sequence they find interesting and want to watch.
As a result “My Africa” adds significant value to those effected by the exceptionally high cost of Data and Pay TV.
Also “My Africa” allows the community to comment and contribute to discussions in a meaningful manner and take stories forward.
However, we will NOT condone the following:
- Racism (including offensive comments based on ethnicity and nationality)
- Sexism
- Homophobia
- Religious intolerance
- Cyber bullying
- Hate speech
- Derogatory language
- Comments inciting violence.
We strive to make the UA-cam community a safe and welcoming space for all.

I must be frank, I am so into this parliamentary section at all times, considering the freedom and articulations. I sincerely love this and wish my country's parliament acts in this way.

Actually my final comment on parliamentary meetings... I've watched several hours over many months and all I've heard is mindless babbling, intrusions, interruptions, slandering, rudeness, ranting and rubbish, but absolutely NO talk or sensible discussion on how to solve SA domestic issues. Does no one in parliament ever watch TV to see how European countries conduct themselves? Please reserve parliamentary seats for leadership only, and bar these time wasters
