- Got my delivery from the Dulux Decorator Centre and I'm all ready to get this room painted. Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt for the ceiling and walls, and Dulux Trade Quick Dry Satinwood for the woodwork.
I'm also using these other products from my DDC: Masking tape, sand paper, quick dry primer and undercoat, anti-crack caulk, 15mm cutting in brush.

Great job. I personally prefer Diamond Trade Matt Emulsion on the walls and Diamond Trade Satinwood for all wood work in a room.

Hi JB, thanks for the great content, I just have a question or two? Do you have a favourite brush for window sills? Would a slash cut brush be suitable to cut in the sill? I’ve just bought some Dulux trade satinwood. Not quick dry though maybe I should get the quick dry!
Did you take the radiators off or use a small roller?
I used a very thin roller

How long did that take from start to finish ?
Just over 4 days, the walls were in a bad way, this wasn't really shown on the video, lots of prep needed.
how to avoid satinwood dulux paint flashing after roller?! It’s ridicules.
What roller cage and pole are you using on the walls?
T-class12 inch roller cage, medium pile roller, Harris trade 2-4 foot pole.
Does the vinyl matt paint have a gloss as compared to Diamond matt paint?
No, they are both matt

I wish you would not speed up the video. I watch to learn how to optimize brush strokes in order to minimize brush marks. Even slowing this down to .25 normal speed, it’s too fast to see your brush technique.
