Thank you so much for playing my challenge! Wasn't expecting this one to be played. The later levels don't get as challenging as you might think but they do make you have to think outside the box a little. There is one more gimmik to be introduced which makes the challenge a little more fun too! You may need to use an electric engine for it though. I also liked seeing your way of grabbing the plugs and rotating! Way more efficient than the way I did it.
@@FlyingNoodle554 I have a couple more challenges, one of them is timer based and involves pressing buttons as quickly as possible. It's called Corrium: Meltdown. There is another with a sequel I am currently working on. That one is called Escape Rooms (Yes, I know, very creative with the name).
@@lucydigger1053 I might be able to try them out, they sound interesting but I dont know if my hunk of ancient circuitry will be able to run stuff like that, however I did just learn that it can run survival on trash quality so maybe it will. I myself have started making a couple of maps but haven't gotten around to them in a hot minute so I definitely can tell how much effort was put into yours and other peoples maps. Congrats on getting your map in Scrapmans video!
I bet this is like a training course for those people who wanna plug in their phone charger at night but are too lazy to get out of bed and/or turn on the lights, or the outlet is at an odd spot like behind a bedside table or something.
@@DrgnZip hinestly no many remove charging blocks from the outlet because of parasitic power drain.. this may or may not impact electrical consumption and bill
Definitely do the rest of the challenger, this video was absolutely amazing. Also I hate wire management on pc setups too, most annoying thing to do and looks really ugly under your setup.
I have a Desktop PC, Xbox One, PS4 with external hard drive and wired controller, PS2, and Nintendo Switch that sit within a 18 inch cube of space, and they are all plugged into a power strip that also sits inside the same area. I used bread ties to tie up the excess cordage, and I have the different cords layered so that the ones that are more likely to be moved at any time are on the top of the others. Growing up with an NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Atari, and other similar systems, I got very sick and tired of detangling anything remotely cord/rope-like very early in life, and now make everything easily manageable if possible.
Hey scrap man, new Multiplayer Monday idea! You, Kan and moonbo all build sections of a rock crawler track then attach them together to make one track. Then you each build rock crawlers and see who gets the best time!
Cool challenge! Little tip tho, for better maneuverability only put the engine into the turning wheels, if you have front wheel steering just do it front wheel drive and if you have rear steering make it rear wheel drive, the way scrap mechanic manages electric engines they don't have a differential and that makes the vehicle understeer since the wheels want to go the same speed while turning, making it only 2wd leaves the wheels free to turn different speeds and makes It turn better
New conspiracy theory: That Dom Guy is Scrapman from the future and Scrapman owns time travel machinery and is going to come back every century... WE KNOW IT SCRAPMAN! YOU CAN'T HIDE IT ANYMORE!
Nice to see some good old scrap mechanic back.. maybe next time you could try out my mm idea? Day 119 of asking for a Multiplayer Monday in survival mode where everyone starts at the crashed ship with a craftbot in the mechanic station. Everyone has 30 minutes to build a vehicle from scratch, gathering their own materials. No glitches, thrusters allowed, after which everyone meets up and races their builds
The lag issue is because the map had very large expanses of the same block/same color. Painting different colors and changing up blocks to make smaller sections of blocks can both drastically improve performance. Physics interactions do not like large calculations in the game, which is why you want to make smaller sections of the same block or same color of the same block.
ultiplayer Monday idea: having an arena with land and water, trees, rocks, you name it. Everyone creates an amphibious vehicle that can or cannot transform, and all vehicles have a bomb spawner on them. The winner of each round has to increase engine and/or thruster speed (the creation might have both or just one), therefore making it harder for them, and the first person to reach a designated level on engine or thruster wins (I don't know what the beginning speed should be).
easiest positive change for scrap mechanic : keeping creations between levels (they could just remove unavailable parts). I feel like Scrap an has experienced that annoyance enough for it to be worth it to just ask them. I bet it could be in the game in less than a month.
I have an idea for testing in trailmakers, try putting one on the hover pats and put them on the servo, but with the servo above it so the hoverpats spin in place and test if it works on water, will you stay floating in place.
I love you videos can't wait to pop on UA-cam every Monday for multiplayer Monday love the hide and seek maps .... If only I had a decent PC to game anything 😢
Whenever I watch him create new things I feel smart because I am already so much steps in front of him even tho I don’t yet have this game after wanting to begin for so much years
I don't think u should do the rest it was boring but I watched the whole thing cuz u the best UA-cam and ur commentary is the best can u lls do trailblazers I love ur trailblazers video pls
"I feel like I'm making this way more complicated than it has to be maybe" Isn't that the underlying point of Scrap Mechanic?. Or is that just a ScrapMan and kAN thing?. 😆
i tried to do this, but every single time i reset, my car reset outside of the building zone causing the round to start immediately, so i had to restart multiple times before i just gave up. i really liked doing that robot challenge
Yeah, that's an issue that has no fix, the only way to get around it is to not stop holding W until the timer starts. The vechicle spawns based upon last key stroke. So if you press W right on the starting line, your vechicle will spawn there for some reasion.
You should definitely do the rest of the challenge.
yeah definetly.
Yes
Yep
Kinda boring compared to the other challenges

Put it in his discord he usually will respond to most ideas
For real, this sounds like a blast
Also, after the three prong will probably either have a timer outlets or actual attached cables, so basically fast forklift or hover forklift
Watching you do challenges is my favorite type of Scrapman video. Whether that's in challenge mode or against your colleagues.
I love this, i love challenge packs in general! You should keep doing this!

This is really satisfying. I hope they have the big 240 volt plugs too. I'm excited to see more. Thanks for the content!

What do you mean you need to practice your cable management?
We all saw your perfect cable management at the start of April.
keep going, imma follow suit.
But scrapman, you have a completely wireless setup…
Scrapman falling off the side and something that sounds suspiciously like Dark Souls made me lol

Heavy duty plugs be like:
Forklifts, but for plugs.
Seeing scrap man play besiege would probably be pretty interesting
He dose know he could have just stacked 2 pistons right haha😅
I think you can use the same mechanism just a few blocks taller to accommodate the larger plug I like it you should do the rest of the challenges

This is why I always put controllers on the individual components
You should do a trailmakers challenge with dragon orthocopters and fighter jets with no blocks from lift and drag category and a 15 power core limit

PLAY & PLUG
on the grounded plug I'd do a sort of pincer with a rotation point acting like a wrist instead of a 3 or 4 pronged claw
4 am on a Saturday good video and goodnight
If you modify your original plug, picker upper you could have hooks on each end for the three prong plug
In whatever form, cable management is tough task
I'd like to see more please
