Mine just has a loading screen when I get to Bluetooth … doesn’t come up with the option to add new device !

For some reason my Iphone doesn't pair. Passkey appears on the Idrive first, then once I click ok, the Iphone ask for the passkey. Revers step from your. But I would not pair. Do you have any idea on what's wrong?
Ernesto Eugenio same thing is happening to my 2012 535i everything else works (music) but the telephone. The car asks for a pass key, my phone receives and asks to “allow” I press allow and then it just stays in “connecting” forever and doesn’t process through

Why don’t I see telephone in my list, I just got the car. Learning it and also Bluetooth is not there but I have buttons in my wheel for it. Is it disabled? Do I need it coded?
jason i have a 2012 520d and at best its very tempermental when it decides to play the audio. i sometimes get the start of a song and then stops and its incredibly annoying. any suggestions ? i use now a OnePlus 6 smartphone with latest bluetooth
