Very nice review, i rly like your animenz reviews there always things i dont notice while watching his vids, especially in musicality ( probably coz i enjoy it and dont pay that much attention to the details) For me i like the older arrangements a bit more, but i think its coz there is more meaning in these pieces and also is somewhat nostalgic for me, since when i started playing piano and even before i was listen 24/7 to animenz and theishter covers and it kinda brings back the memories from back then haha anyway keep it up :) love your vids!
I've always loved the contrast and textures that Animenz uses in Bluebird, which makes it one of my favorite of his arrangements, and you went through the techniques used very well.
I'm curious on this as well. I feel he mentioned this in a live stream but Watts prefers Animenz due to higher level of refined technique. Theishter's great but I personally feel he merely plays off doing fundamentals and flashy arpeggios well, with not much to dissect.
@@MadPianoLife I agree with Mad differently from Animenz, he's not classically trained and that's why some of his arrangements do not require as deep of an analysis as Animenz's . Regardless he remains one of the best on UA-cam
Hi Watt! Can you react to the "unlasting" piano cover by Animenz? There are Unravel-styled octave tremolos techniques in this arrangement, it's amazing! This arrangement is just on another level, left me speechless. I don't remember the last time I got this choked up over listening to something
I would say it would be comparable to a Masters' degree holder in piano performance. It wouldn't be enough to participate in an international piano competition, most likely. Actual touring concert pianists would be much better.
Watt's up everybody

I’m so glad I found this channel
I like how you notice all of these details while watching. As always great job watts !! Keep it up !!
Education game stronk. Also, will you be reviewing some of Theishter's stuff in the future, or will it just be Animenz covers for now?

Lol I think I answered this question on my coffee livestream. Time to start linking my Q&As everywhere these questions pop up
aw dang it my bad
@@WinterVT to be fair they’re long as hell. I try to watch as much as I can but don’t feel bad lol
This is super educational and I think about these analyses when I'm playing now myself
Nice analysis/breakdown Watts!
I always love when you go over his songs
I'd really appreciate a reaction to Animenz' Nagi Asu medley, I tear up every time I hear it and would like to understand it better.
Someone thinks the same as I do
loved the contrast :))
You should react to animenz playing " tanjiro no uta", it's amazing
yoooo this video is straight fire
Can you do a video about voicing plsss. I have been stuck on this for weeks. Is there a exercise for this!
Yoo Watt you should learn Flower Dance 😵💫 Having a hard time flowing with this version of the sheet was wondering if maybe you could put one out ❤️🔥

God I love this series
Just ordered at 61 key electric keyboard. Would that be enough keys to play this song?
No
we are all animenz simps, arent we?
underrated
Can you review the “silent solitude” piano cover by Fonzi M
Im curious as to how animenz’s technique would compare to a classical concert pianist. Does anyone have any idea?
Pretty much the same, he was an classical concert pianist before
I would say it would be comparable to a Masters' degree holder in piano performance. It wouldn't be enough to participate in an international piano competition, most likely. Actual touring concert pianists would be much better.
I mean it must be similar because he studied piano performance in college and he’s a Steinway artist
did you know there is an author who's name is watt key
Ye
Ly Watt
I prefer Old Animenz's Again & Owari no sekai kara
