    I particularly like the part where you showed the 2p hand that folded to CH’s TJs bluff. Not many people can do that. That’s a great sign of minimal ego being a poker vlogger, which in my opinion, is the greatest propeller that would push people to do better. You’ve got great senses while in hands (HU or with multiple players), and you have the calmness in you to put new pieces of info together, overthrow whatever you have established, reevaluate and then execute. Great work combining all those things in a hand. This is a great game. Thanks for the vlog. Have a great 2023 ahead!

    I love your transparency and honesty. What I don't love is you wandering around the Hustler parking lot. At night. Talking about the massive poker game you were in. Maybe just wait until you're in line at In-and-Out, or back in the safety of your Anaheim apartment. We can wait, and you'll be a lot safer.
    I hope your year outside poker has been as good as your year inside poker and life is treating you well. You certainly deserve it.

    Mariano is a product of his attitude, outlook and ego (in the philosophical sense). All appear positive in his vlogs, and I believe this attributes to his success. Yes, he is a skilled poker player, but there is more to the equation than just skill. Being "in touch" with his inner self gives him an empathic ability to sniff out things that even most highly skilled poker players miss. I may be wrong, just an assessment, but also why I love watching him play poker.

    I appreciate and poker vloggers including hands that did not go well that they may or may not have made the correct decision. Most of the time anyone that second guesses the action wouldn't have such an easy time if it was thousands of dollars of their own money on the line. But including those hands instead of including only the hands that make you look like a genius is appreciated by most real players.

      @sportspokerguy3506 Рік тому

      @@JimmyRingz sports in America are primarily run by the school system - there are club teams and good players play on them but it’s not funded like the Youth leagues for Man U or something like that. And since schools control the sports - football and boys soccer occur in the same season, fall, and the demand of either sport is too big to dedicate proper time to both sports. And in America, football is the “cool” most popular sport, so soccer suffers a lot. If soccer was a spring sport it might do a little better, but spring is baseball season, lacrosse season, and track and field season. So soccer just has too much to compete with in America between football and baseball which are popular because of the country’s history. There is not interest in changing this because the NFL and MLB want the best athletes going into their sports - not soccer. And MLS doesn’t have the $$$ to compete with the NFL or MLB.

    Being the aggressive player at the table can get tricky, I've been there, you keep making aggressive plays, making people fold marginal hands whether you have it or not, betting big for value and leave them wondering if they got bluffed instead of the little milk bets, an interesting thing happens... Normally tight players start showing up with A9s all in pre(last night vs me) or JTs for 30k on the turn, they're reacting to your aggression with aggression of their own and make plays vs YOU specifically that they'd never make vs normal opponents, this is amazing when you have a hand that can take the heat but can be problematic in spots like 2 pair below top 2 because normally you're crushed but sometimes it's crazy counter-aggresion. It's best to have a plan with your bets before you make them, like CR-call, CR-fold and if you don't like either option reconsider the CR, this is a good hand to counter triple barrels with, you don't want to be capped at AJ on the river vs a thinking opponent. I love your content, you always make things interesting!
