Beautiful Tayo. Love your videos and the way you take us back home each time with your videos no matter where from Africa you are from. Great investment opportunities in property in Africa.
@Tayo it’s interesting that you are seeing the more open kitchen concept; because that is what the Diasporas from America are used to. Most of the homes and apartments here in the Americas are built with the open kitchen concept; that is going to attract a lot of people. Good job love to see more of that content.
Oh I love it when the cabinets are hiding refrigerator I’ve never imagine seeing something like this because we don’t see that that often in America if there is apartment complex or house like that I have never seen them in the state that I’m living in right now.🤔😄🤷🏾♀️😕
Awesome video as usual Tayo and CONGRATS again on reaching 100K subscribers! On to a MILLI yeah? God dey! I could totally see myself live in that apartment. I particularly liked the concept of the on-suite bathroom though it's a bit unconventional. Perfect if you're single tbh. Haha Also, while I am at it (imagining myself living there), I would use the second room as my office/studio for alllll the things I like to "create"... dreamy! I also love the fact that you mentioned the cost of utilities and I must admit that it took me 5 minutes to recover from the (average) LOW cost of utilities. My goodness!!!!! Our electricity bills here in Abidjan sometimes go up to the equivalent of $150-200 per month (we pay utility bills every two months so $300 to 400 by the time we pay). Then again I live in a house with mutiple A/C units, fridges etc. so maybe that's why. Lol One last thing is that I would love to see you dive in just a bit on prerequisites and such to get in such apartments and also the average salaries in each particular area. I remember that when I used to live in the US, they would require the future tenant to make at least 3 times the amount of the rent and if someone was to sponsor you (parents etc.) they needed to make at least 5 times the amount of the monthly rent. That is for apartments managed by agencies from what I remember. Do not quote me. It was years ago! We can obviously do the research but just mentioning that it would be interesting to include just a few pointers on the subject.
OMG I love it!!! $1000/mo will only get me a studio or one bedroom in the roughest neighborhoods here in Chicago, IL! To live like this, you would most definitely need to live in the suburbs (like I do), but it costs so much more. My 2 bedroom is $2000/mo, but the apartments shown in this video are so much more modern & up to date-- with better amenities, too. This is just another confirmation to my desire to move to Johannesburg or Cape Town SA. The USA is garbage, and I want OUT!! (born and raised here)
Having watched your South Africa vlog and also some episodes of Lagos, I can clearly conclude that you didn't even scratch the surface on Nairobi's real estate (even Mombasa)... How I wish you could come back and explore - we got similar stuff to what I'm seeing you showcase in Jo'burg. Anyway, great content bruh! Much love from Kenya 🇰🇪

I knew that you would manage to bring us more real estate. It's what you do.😉
Thank you for showing South Africa and Africa in such a beautiful light!!! I'm watching all them ads
Nobody does it like you. This is simply you in all levels. How do you do this??? I'm going to be begging to sit beside you when during your edit production. You are too much.I just wanted to move into the apartment sef😄 This is the life🤭🥂 damn👌
😂😂 Thanks Doreen!
Beautiful Tayo. Love your videos and the way you take us back home each time with your videos no matter where from Africa you are from. Great investment opportunities in property in Africa.
I am from mid Rand but l definitely can’t wait for you to go to Durban and Cape Town
I want to see you go to Durban as well Tayo.
It is Midrand.
@Tayo it’s interesting that you are seeing the more open kitchen concept; because that is what the Diasporas from America are used to.
Most of the homes and apartments here in the Americas are built with the open kitchen concept; that is going to attract a lot of people. Good job love to see more of that content.
Watching From Liberia! Love the videos! Keep it up!
Another outstanding video my brotha. I definitely see why you have allot of followers and supporters my brotha.
You should come to Cape Town!
Another awesome apartment!!!😄 You did a very good job at showing it👍
Love to see more from Durban and Cape Town when lockdown is over
Oh I love it when the cabinets are hiding refrigerator I’ve never imagine seeing something like this because we don’t see that that often in America if there is apartment complex or house like that I have never seen them in the state that I’m living in right now.🤔😄🤷🏾♀️😕
Awesome video as usual Tayo and CONGRATS again on reaching 100K subscribers!
Lol
One last thing is that I would love to see you dive in just a bit on prerequisites and such to get in such apartments and also the average salaries in each particular area.
Thanks for your review! Appreciate you! I’ll be sure to do more research on Median incomes and include in future videos
(born and raised here)
nice content bro, i used to stay near the area in Sunninghill...but on less priced apartments (400$)
I’m currently here visiting in Johannesburg, Midrand and he’s right!! It’s so beautiful here! I want to move here soon
Wish you had taken some vids..

The Durban area... really Kwa-Zulu Natal is quite nice. From the coasts to some of the inland towns. There are way too many to name.

You should see what's really out here too, check out property 24 or private property I found my place from private property
Awesome video as always Tayo! Your transitions are flawless! Can you do a video on the best app to edit and how to flawlessly do transitions? Thanks!

Superb content bro. You’ve Definitely got yourself a subscriber. Sending love from New York 🙌🏾💯
No difference between this and what you've shown us in Lagos. Africa is beautiful.
Major difference
@@antonioarineshito2892 you clearly didn't watch the video I'm referring to.
@@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 I did, trust me most people would choose the Joburg one, lagos real estate is plain and a scam
Been watching your videos on my suggestion, I'm following you now. Because you are really good Mate. Big up on growing your channel 🔥👌🏾👑🇿🇦
Damm! This apartment is dead cheap(my opinion) compare to some places in on the island without all this facilities. Feel like relocating to SA. 😉😉😉
Emmanuel ankinsade.... U are welcome my friend 🇿🇦
Another one for you 👉🇿🇦 welcome home.
Emmanuel Akinsade You can . Anytime you want bro . You’re welcome here
@Travel 4k Don't say that😕.. A different perspective to what you know doesn't give you ammo to shoot your own but to build on new things simple.
@@likhobayabongamosana3824 bros I'm a Nigerian, and it's a zoooooo
I still repeat, you produce some of the best content. Especially for an African 👌
I THINK I'M BLESSED BECAUSE IF NOT I WOULDN'T HAVE MET SOMEONE WHO IS AS SPECTACULAR AS EXPERT AVA LIO
I THINK SHE IS THE BEST BROKER EVERYONE SHOULD BE PROUD OFF
Yes I'm also a living testimony of expert mrs ava.
