Well done from beginning to end. Nice scripted common sense presentation. SMOOTH background music, and full coverage of all knives in low weight. Personally after 50 years of carry in L.A. law enforcement (read Puma back in the dinosaur age) my favorite is a axis lock and a BIG thumb hole. AKA Spyderco Manix or Benchmade Griptillian. I sharpen on Spyderco systems and especially Edge Pro with clamps. I love S30V or S35V - but have all the EXOTICS too! I buff the blades with BUFFALO leather weekly. I could shave with them. Again, extremely well put together and professional presentation.
When mentioning the Gerber LST, it should also be mentioned that knife designer/maker Blackie Collins was the instigator for the first plastic handled knife. That LST was Blackie Collins' design, and instead of royalties, he had Gerber buy him a new car. Blackie did love his cars and motorcycles, but that was probably one of his worst payoffs for a revolutionary knife design. Before the LST, no one was thinking of plastic (FRN) handles for lightweight pocket knives.
I own a pretty old Gerber LST and really like it. I've never really daily carried it, but I carried it around in my bookbag during college to cut up apples and other foods. It's super light, easy to clean, and sharpening is a breeze.

I like the Böker plus at the end too! The Böker Plus Wasabi was, perhaps, the omission here as it compares so well with the CEO, but trumps it in almost every way... in my opinion!

I have a VG10 Spyderco dragonfly and a Boker urban trapper and they are 2 of the best knives I have ever owned. I'm going to be picking up the Boker urban trapper grand as soon as it comes out in carbon fiber or G10 scales. My sis has the milled titanium tanto trapper with the kinky tanto tip and loves it too.
We all agree that the design of your shirt is unflattering to your shape. The stripes should be on the top of the shoulders. Love the vids, relaxing and informative.
I love the Mini Dozier as a secondary. I wish Kabar wouldn't paint the blades with that cheap black paint though. I really wish they would make some upscale versions.
The cool thing about small knives is they give you a chance to try new blade steels. You find out quickly how the blade steel performs before buying something you may not like.
Great video, i just recently got the new Blade HQ Bugout and I’m loving it. A bit heavier due to the G-10 but still comfortably under that 2.5 oz mark. I think I’ll be buying that exclusive black and red Bugout you’ve got for my wife, she likes the design and feel of my Bugout and really likes the color scheme of yours. Also, I already knew about most of these, but I had never seen the Fox Suru, that’s a great looking knife I might have to pick one of those up of these days.
I watched with pleasure... this kind of line is my favorite. these knives is greats. But in list are not several good light pocket knife f.e. Kershaw Atmos, Leek SW mini Intrigue, Cutjack , Leatherman Skeletool and why no one remember Spyderco Endela ?
You forgot the Kershaw Atmos. It's really light, with a deep carry pocket clip that hides the knife in the pocket. The clip is reversible to left-hand carry as well. The 8cr13mov blade is a hollow grind at about 3 inches in length. I'm not a huge fan of the speed safe assisted opening, but for the price tag of around $40 US, it's a good option. For small hands, the fraxion is essentially the same thing at a slightly smaller size.
I still love my Gerber LST! one of the first knives I ever bought for myself at my first job! What kills me... Buck has tried this with their Slims... but that little bump on the back still bothers me!
You missed the Benchmade 940-1 2.44 oz 3.4" S90-V blade 4.47" carbon fiber grips 7.87" overall length Cross bar lock (Axis Lock) Ambidextrous thumb studs Reversible clip that could be swapped out for a deep carry clip or even a deep carry mini clip to shave a fraction of an ounce. It's costly, but an excellent knife.
I own the Benchmade military green knife Bugout in a serrated model but I was not fortunate enough to find one with a glass breaker? Spyderco has a nice line of small EDC knives with one called the persistent and the ambitious.
My Hogue Deka ABLE at 2.3 oz. makes me so happy, added a MXG Gear deep carry Ti clip (technically for the ZT0450, works fine) and spent half of what the (lovely) ZT0707 costs in total. Lovin' their take on the Axis lock, the killer Blue Lava G-10 scales and that CPM-20CV modified Wharncliffe blade! (yep, got it from you guys - not sure why you left it off this list?)
There were a lot of cool knives that didn't make the list. I couldn't even keep it to a top ten in this case lol! The Bugout out wins vs the Deka in the weight department, so I didn't think it would be right to show the Hogue in this case, even though I love it and it is quite a bargain these days. I also love their ABLE Lock - definitely the crossbar lock to beat these days imo. Other notables that just missed out were the We Angst and Cold Steel Mini Tuff-Lite, both definitely worthy. -DCA

Got a Böker Urban Trapper Petite flipper, where I have removed the clip, and lightly sanded down all the non-chamfered edges - drops to the bottom of my front pocket and I don't even notice it's there.
I have the FR Flipper, slightly wider... great knife (I have anodized it blue and it is gorgeous). Though I have to say, it is easy to put pressure on the lockbar, making flipping it hard.
