Good Lord!!! Went to do it this afternoon and couldn't get it to clip on. For whatever reason it's off by a hair. I compared it to the original but they are the same size!

Your new struts should've came with new "ball-end" bolts. Otherwise, maybe a little lubricant might do the trick.
