Interesting. I feel sorry for this doctor. He is very timid, soft and slow. Not pushy at all. It is apparent that he is affected in some way, either work place stress or some form of mental distress. Even English skill is poor. But stopping salary is rude. Anyway listening to both sides is important.
These jaffna tamil doctors who did schooling in Jaffna, medical training in jaffna and worked in Jaffna without real campus life and interacting with other communities have made them like frog in a well and also they carry their social, caste biases into work. I even suggest to close down jaffna medical school.
Aruchuna too a Jaffna product and he too to me is not normal. He thinks he is the best, blame everyone, confrontational, fault finding, boasting family background, all these won't happen if they go to southern university and mix free with other commnities. Archuna would have done worse when he came to Chavakachery than what they talk of MS Jaffna.
So are you trying to run down the Jaffna Med faculty.
