What did you do to transform the form's formatting from standard SFDC? Out of the box it is all left aligned and not very pretty. Did you do something in WP?
Hi. I do the steps exactly as you do, but I do not see the entry fields for Name, Email etc. The Inquiry page is only written text with Name, Email, Phone but nowhere to enter the information. What could be the reason for this? (trying to do in a free wordpress page)
Not sure, hard to say without context. Are the input elements nested properly within a element? Is all of the syntax correct? Try running it though any online HTML linter which will call out any issues with the underlying code.
Hi.. im preparing for Salesforce admin cert n i have come across a question.. Are web to case rules are based on elapsed time? True or False.. in opinion they are not.. however a lot of people have different opinions.. some we can make it time based so the answer is true but some say the answer is false.. could you please help me with the appropriate answer for this? You won't encounter this question on your Admin exam. But I would answer false, any answer that says yes assumes something not explicitly stated in the question. Hope this helps, good luck in your exam!

Can you set up multiple web to case Default response templates? The client has multiple web pages which would generate different case record types (e.g. information request, Product return). It would be nice to send a different response email depending on the origin web page or case record type. Thanks!

You could create a REST endpoint to accept a POST request and handle it however you like via Apex.
The client can respond by email and update the case?
This would require additional configuration within Salesforce but it's certainly possible.
