reminds me of a 12 hour siege of "the crown" like 6 years ago in planetside 2. Terran Republic held the crown back when all 3 points were in the tower on top of the hill, and the battle involved 200 players. There were so many armor columns trying to climb the hill that no matter where you went, HEAT shells were dealing constant AOE damage. Engineers deployed on top of the tower with rocket turrets while medics struggled to keep them from getting sniped. I logged off and logged back on like 4 times through the fight to see it was STILL ongoing.

Followed by the same Chieftain killing the TH twice (devman bad). We managed a relatively undefended tap shortly later with a few more chieftains at Rotdust.
Honestly, if it didn't cost so much time, I would love to try interviewing both sides post-battle in a lot more detail and go full documentary mode with a few more animations. If only hahaha
@kaiserrat70 he's asked if he could hire me to do a map animation for him, but I had to decline because I want to keep my animation style on this channel. and I literally wouldn't have the time to make it because of how long these animations take (this one took 10+ hours for the new models, 10+ hours for animation, and almost 20 machine hours rendering test and actual footage). It'd take way too long to do enough for a war recap, sadly.
@@BlueLaminate Fun fact... I have been part and/or made the nuke for Jade Cove 3 times. And got 2 launches off on it. xD 96, 112, 117. I can provide how said base looked if wanted!

Much love, praised be Seed for this glorious victory!
Originally, the script did have an explanation for the rocket. I really think I should've kept it in now, explaining that any town the rocket hits is gone forever for the rest of the war. Can't rebuild it. Burned to crisp. Factories, storage depos, refineries nearby - reduced to atoms. But that intro had to get cut down to just a minute long (which is my longest 2d intro ever) so it had time to be modeled, animated and rendered. Didn't have time to model out a Refinery and some other buildings sadly :( Thanks for the feedback, thanks for watching :D Edit: praise seed!
@BlueLaminate thanks for responding! Cool to see you were planning on talking about the rocket, but while what you mentioned would have been really nice I was more so talking about the strategic importance. I think that better communicate why it's important and help the viewer become invested in the conflict more so than just "kill badman is good" you know? Honestly I think that goes for all your videos, letting the viewer know why this battle is important both on a small but also a much larger strategic scale. Please don't let the 2d intro be a hinderence to you, a map with arrows on it is pleeeenty enough when you're talking stragegy on a larger scale, the 2d render is more important on the smaller tactical scale to help the viewer orient themselves IMO. So personally I really want to endorse that simple map for this stuff, let the script be more important than the 2d work and see said work as an extra polish or something? @sproge2142 sadly I've tried putting a short 3D intro explaining the scale, then a short 2D intor explaining the importance, then back to 3D explaining the big battles (did this to save animation and render time) and the retention chart was... scary. I hope to be able to bring the whole map on for more context, if I can bring the render times down. (Those lights I use to show territory just EAT rendering time, but i think i can drop the rendering time with some blender lught bounce trickery)
You guys had a whole parking lot of rocket trucks HAHAHAHA I forgot if I managed to leave that in the video or if it got unfortunately cut I remember my Spatha driver being very surprised when he saw the parking lot lol
That was a great battle I didn't expect you were going to zoom in on me when I was saying I'm off to bed 🛏️ lol. His singing almost made me stay online. That was great to see it again
I was the one that stayed there for 15 hours building WT blueprint, one hell of a fight to repair the conc on the east side, most heroic defense the conc I've ever seen! O7 collies!
With the changes to stamina, melee, gas, and warden armored infantry, the chest plates shirt. I really want to see a full front line of troops armored with that iron plate shirt, melee weapons and bayonets, and if possible some flame throwers. 😁
You forgot one thing during warden push, there was a Battleship trying to get into the hex to support the colonial, but the battleship can't reach the LOM and got killed by group of Anti Tank Rifle people. Anyway nice holdout. But Nukes doesn't kill warden morale, moreover nuking Lochan make them laugh more :)
I do think I recall seeing that in chat that I think about it. I think it was 404ths? Not sure. It was hard to pay attention to chat all the time sadly D: Well, this war we learned that wardens feed off radiation. Time to update the encyclopedia page for Warden biology
I got a spatha and gave it to Seed as a gift. I'm glad it's become video noteworthy because it wouldn't have otherwise lmao. Such a weird outright butterfly effect thing.
@@BlueLaminate Ya a good year and a half or so ago Seed graced me with his presence and spotted for my Talos getting half a dozen randoms to serve as infantry protection so I figured it was the best I could do.
POV: You make a sea of irradiated cobalt to stop the Wardens *AND IT DOESN'T WORK* I was involved in the team that lead a fair few of the chieftan rushes, as well as running the fire rockets at 15:36. We wanted to fire more rockets but queues made it hard for us to get ammo into the hex. I think I managed to get in with a Chieftan half an hour before the rocket launched. I helped with the SPGs for a bit before attempting a last minute chieftan rush along the cliffs to the north to avoid the mines but slid off right before I got in range and exploded
Oh I wish ai could've seen that last "Chieftain rush" If that worked though, and you managed to get a 250 on the rocket, I'd be more impressed than mad tbh hahahah
And Linn of Mercy's under attack again. We literally charged the Collies a few hours ago with just pistols during the night fighting because we didn't have anything else. When day hit, dear god did we push. I had to take a power nap. And now I'mma go back and see if we made up lost ground.
There's kind of only 2 "servers", and usually there's only one. The developers are Canadian, so I assume they're Canadian servers. But we have big clans from Asia, Brazil, the US, Europe etc despite this. If foxhole was a twitch shooter, we'd have problems, because every milisecond counts there. Thankfully foxhole isnt like that. And as a fellow Asian, I have to say that I don't feel the lag, and you can probably see that in my videos.
You would expect the Wardens to have less tanks based on the map, so I guess they were using baby powered mass breeders on their tanks to get that much.
I can't wait for the airborne update I can't wait for the airborne update I can't wait for the airborne update I hope it's good :D We would've probably had airdrops HAHAHA
You always see lots of Bane's and Venoms for AT but i swear as a coli player it drives me insane how often people overlook the 30mm Daucus isg.III. Its has good range and can be used on infantry or vehicles and has good rate of fire. It also holds more shells compared to the 3-4 rpg's an infantryman can hold. If you had more ISG's i think the warden armour would have been crushed (Yes i am aware it does not pen as well as 40mm or 68mm but you'd be surprised how effective it can be against tanks)
Blender 3D, all vehicles and buildings are modeled from scratch so I can cut them up and rig them :D The render time for this video in particular was.... really long lol
I love planes and am currently wondering if it's too late to post a planes video or not, though most of the other big foxhole content creators have made vids on the topic already. .....and I can't wait to model and animate planes when the AIRBORNE UPDATE drops next year, that trailer was pure foxhole hype :D
@BlueLaminate If you make a video I would watch it and probably most people wouldn't be upset about you posting a video on this topic(waiting to see the models)

Time 2:02 THATS SPORK! That's all we did for days on end in Linn of mercy. Just rockets rockets and more rockets.
SPORK mentioned opinion validated 😎
You guys had a whole parking lot of rocket trucks HAHAHAHA I forgot if I managed to leave that in the video or if it got unfortunately cut
I remember my Spatha driver being very surprised when he saw the parking lot lol
That was a great battle I didn't expect you were going to zoom in on me when I was saying I'm off to bed 🛏️ lol. His singing almost made me stay online. That was great to see it again
Lots of us relied on you T_T
But we succeeded in the end, at least :D o7
Love this game… love these people… love this video…❤
Sadly couldn't get on because the server hamster was giving me probs but hope I can later as I haven't played for a long time :D
I hope they fed the server hamster today :(
amazing video. Good Job
I was the one that stayed there for 15 hours building WT blueprint, one hell of a fight to repair the conc on the east side, most heroic defense the conc I've ever seen! O7 collies!
So..... I take it you're on team "watchtowers do block the shells"? :D o7
@ haha yessir
I ran an entire truck of shirts through into that fight. Blockade runner logi is so much fun.
Always gott respect the blockade runner logi peeps o7
I always thought it was funny how much morale and fatigue play a role in foxhole. Extended pitched fights always wore me out, and I'd take a week off
Nice to see a fellow kababayan enjoying foxhole too
With the changes to stamina, melee, gas, and warden armored infantry, the chest plates shirt. I really want to see a full front line of troops armored with that iron plate shirt, melee weapons and bayonets, and if possible some flame throwers. 😁
Lmaoooo “we just need about 11ish hrs”
You forgot one thing during warden push, there was a Battleship trying to get into the hex to support the colonial, but the battleship can't reach the LOM and got killed by group of Anti Tank Rifle people. Anyway nice holdout. But Nukes doesn't kill warden morale, moreover nuking Lochan make them laugh more :)
I do think I recall seeing that in chat that I think about it. I think it was 404ths? Not sure. It was hard to pay attention to chat all the time sadly D:
Well, this war we learned that wardens feed off radiation. Time to update the encyclopedia page for Warden biology
Lochan was useless at that time. It was not about killing nuke but more like killing collie morale lol.
@@BlueLaminate lol yes I had speed bonus after 3rd nuke
Lochan is just a victory point, and a seaport, if they nuke Crumbling Post which has the Refinery, the state of war can be different a little bit
ITA's SHT was lost during that server crash. They were in the middle of transferring to that hex when it went to the void.
That's such a tragedy :(
Absolute Cinema
the dude who said "happy new year" is definitely a pinoy
ggwp, very good video!
"sorry, we accidentally replace infantry with tanks"
-wardern, maybe
Linn of Mercy ,,incident" 💀☠️ (those who known)
I got a spatha and gave it to Seed as a gift. I'm glad it's become video noteworthy because it wouldn't have otherwise lmao. Such a weird outright butterfly effect thing.
o7 Well, it was DEFINITELY put to good use hahaha :D
War hero moves lol
@@BlueLaminate Ya a good year and a half or so ago Seed graced me with his presence and spotted for my Talos getting half a dozen randoms to serve as infantry protection so I figured it was the best I could do.
POV: You make a sea of irradiated cobalt to stop the Wardens
*AND IT DOESN'T WORK*
I was involved in the team that lead a fair few of the chieftan rushes, as well as running the fire rockets at 15:36.
Oh I wish ai could've seen that last "Chieftain rush"
If that worked though, and you managed to get a 250 on the rocket, I'd be more impressed than mad tbh hahahah
@ I don’t think I could have reached the rocket. Was trying to crack that final halberd so others could hit the rocket
Glory to wardens!
This was insane haha!
That's a foxhole experience if i ever saw one
peak cinema
16:22 I play a couple of weeks with seed, he's a great dude, but I didnt know he was idk a celebrity within the colonials 😂
Well, I used to think he was a myth for my first 3 or 4 wars, till I saw him in game hahaha
PRAISE SEED!
LISAN AL SEED!
WELCOME TO VERDUN 2.0
Major Major Major Major, who named you Major Major Major, and why they gave you a rank of Major with this name Major ?
That name was perfect.
Boy am I glad I saw that on my youtube shorts feed HAHAHAH
I bet his dad's a bit of a practical joker
And Linn of Mercy's under attack again. We literally charged the Collies a few hours ago with just pistols during the night fighting because we didn't have anything else. When day hit, dear god did we push. I had to take a power nap. And now I'mma go back and see if we made up lost ground.
Basically the 6th army in Stalingrad
I brought in the first 150mm Exalt to LoM, this was my first war, i will forever be warden.
For Caoiva! for Callahan!
So many... so many artillery guns T_T
I used to think I'd be a warden loyalist tbh :D (hence the channel name)
love your vids
Will you give wearing blue another go?
Who says I'm not already blue for 118? ;)
1:50 Adam driver?
This looks like a decent game.
What server are you playin? i wanna buy this game but i fear there are no asia server so i have to play to high ping server like europe or US
There's kind of only 2 "servers", and usually there's only one.
Surely, it's the only logical explanation.
I think you underplayed how devastating that rollback was
Imagine how crazy this would have been if it was after the airborne update
I can't wait for the airborne update
I can't wait for the airborne update
I can't wait for the airborne update
I hope it's good :D We would've probably had airdrops HAHAHA
The crash kinda looked like a DDOS conducted to defend the strategic objective.
I killed a collie tank during this siege and then my game froze when I did, good fun for the 5 minutes I was there
This nuke defense would be impossible if the current changes to bunkers are going throught
Guess um... we'll find out in 119? *laughs nervously*
@@BlueLaminate even the smallest defenses gets their hp reduced by 30% ...
So hey, do you animate those map segments yourself or do you have something for it?
Blender 3D, all vehicles and buildings are modeled from scratch so I can cut them up and rig them :D
The render time for this video in particular was.... really long lol
What do you think of aviation in foxhole and if they add it will you make some videos about them?
I love planes and am currently wondering if it's too late to post a planes video or not, though most of the other big foxhole content creators have made vids on the topic already.
.....and I can't wait to model and animate planes when the AIRBORNE UPDATE drops next year, that trailer was pure foxhole hype :D
@BlueLaminate If you make a video I would watch it and probably most people wouldn't be upset about you posting a video on this topic(waiting to see the models)
at 12:28 , THAT IS ME💀💀💀
So whats are the results after nuke?!
It was the 5th rocket we launched that war, and only proved to, like with the rest of them, raise the morale of the blue team. It was like the radiation only made them stronger. Almost a week later, they launched a massive counterattack and won the war
first time seeing this game and i want to buy it already 😅
Is this foxhole from 2022 by siege camp?
Yes! :D
Did you play this recent war?
I only got to play in 108 for one night, then I got sick so I didn't get to continue. Apparently it's already over?
@@BlueLaminate id consider it 117.5 and the next one that lasted a week was 117.75 and now were finally in 118 now lol
