Truly mind boggling stats for foxhole.
Wait i may have come up with a good strategy. If you steal some barges, gunboats, and logi trucks, have the gunboats bombard in one spot, while the barges land and steal a bunch of stuff in another
3:20 BlueLaminate: *Blurs name of person causing friendly fire* 4:05 BlueLaminate to person who caused friendly fire: I was in that trench you blew up! BlueLaminate to person who caused friendly fire: *Doesn't blur the name this time* Me: Wait if you're not going to blur it again then why'd you even blur it the first time???
Oh shoot. Couple of reasons: 1. This was originally supposed to dovetail into another story involving how that guy ran over 2 of us by accident to get to a bunker. It turned out that after asking people, that bunker went down to 2%, and having that extra hand probably saved it. That bunker was responsible for the AI near the seaport ish, so it was pretty important. Had to cut this for time as spending so much time explaining AI mechanics was... challenging. Also kind of wanted to show that sometimes friendly fire really is an accident with good intentions. The cut was because this video was turning out to be REALLY long. 2. I made a mistake. Forgot to either unblur one or blur both after I made the change. Most foxhole content creators won't blur it anyway so please forgive me :(
@@BlueLaminate That's fine, that makes total sense. I just don't know if the guy is going to approve of that. He's really popular now but he's popular because he killed like 6+ people in a Friendly Fire incident which well isn't really the best type of popularity tbh.
He could also be famous for his other bits in the video, like being instrumental in getting us to deploy the battle train and rallying the troops. He's pretty famous in the naval parts of the map too, last war everyone knew him for his daily partisan work at Seagio, dude was a menace, and he was absolutely instrumental in the Fingers this war. Anyway, I've messaged him to ask if he's okay with it, then we'll talk options, since I'm 90% sure he's in the next video. I'll try to make sure that it doesnt happen again, I wrapped up this video at 4am and I guess it shows lol
Collie west flank here in glad fingers finally fell whoever planned the building there was absolutely cooked didn't complete the railway and someone stole my train engines and flatbeds
I just have one question: what are you supposed to do against artillery? How do you counter it, defend from it, or attack it ? To me it just seems that the side with more artillery just automatically wins, no?
Countering artillery is hard. You can counter enemy artillery with your own artillery, find/clear a path for infantry to sneak in and destroy it, or have howitzer Garrisons (those concrete structures with guns pointing up) set up. Howitzers will automatically fire back at any artillery that hits them. In this video, the Wardens were hitting us for a few days and slowly destroyed our Howies, not giving us time to rebuild them (concrete takes some time to set). You can also try starving them out by cutting off their supply lines, or in the case of naval artillery, use submarines to try and sink them. We allegedly had one submarine around for this fight, but I couldn't get a glimpse of it. Or like in this video, rushing a tank straight to the enemy artillery pit works too sometimes. Defending against it..... well you need.... a lot of people repairing. Just gotta outlast it sometimes. Example: A day or two ago, we were getting shelled by 3 Self-Propelled artillery guns at a really big base of ours, and we didn't have any artillery of our own, so we were just repairing non-stop. Then the wardens started sending groups of like 15 guys to cut off our logi. When we ran out of materials to repair, we had to start picking which sections of the base we were okay with losing first. It really becomes a team decision on whether to send people to defend logistics trucks or to keep more people repairing with limited supplies. Artillery is the king of the battlefield.
@@BlueLaminate Oh, I see! I had no idea about the howitzers, but the other tactics do make sense. Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed comment!
No problem :D Edit: Actually I originally had a section in this video dedicated to explaining howitzers, but it got a little draggy. This video ended up being one of my longest, after all. But I did I leave in the guy talking about how the battleship was avoiding splashing the howies :)
Nah, both sides had a queue which means that the server basically full. I just can't see the dozens of blues manning their 5 large ships :D and they usually had one landing ship of 15 dudes landing in some weird spot that was up to no good Although during the counterattack we may have momentaroly had a slight advantage in numbers after a lot of their heavy equipment pulled out
Well. There's a spot on the map called "Terra" constantly called "Holy Terra" and when the server crashed before an island we were defending fell, the rallying cry was "THE SERVER BROKE BEFORE THE GUARD DID" (the battle of silver, where we worshipped a corpse pile, long story) so yeah I guess we really did yell "CADIA STANDS" in our hearts :D

I thank warden navy for actually help out the East as have been nine not one not twice but 3 times! Fish man, stone cradle and lastly the moors, and yet callums survives

Hope we'll be back T_T
@@BlueLaminate Hell yeah we will!
I wanna play foxhole soooo badly because it's the kind of game I've been looking for but I have no way to play it and it makes me sad
Im glad on of my contributions to a war is now Foxhole history 15:00
Were.... you the Colonial Tank or the Warden Artillery? hahaha
@@BlueLaminate Twas in the Collie tank
Anyone know the size of the Warden Battlefleet?
The fleet for this battle in particular (I think including the 3 or 4 days of operations before this) had 4 battleships, 6 subs, 4 frigates etc with around half of them being rotated out for repairs and re armament at any one time, at least according to a warden I talked to about this afterward. Truly mind boggling stats for foxhole.
@BlueLaminate Damn, nice
Wait i may have come up with a good strategy. If you steal some barges, gunboats, and logi trucks, have the gunboats bombard in one spot, while the barges land and steal a bunch of stuff in another
Damn these Wardens got hands
Cool animations!
Thanks :D This one took a while and idk if anyone noticed that I botched the Battleship shelling animation oops hahaha
Good video
Thanks :D

BlueLaminate: *Blurs name of person causing friendly fire*

BlueLaminate to person who caused friendly fire: I was in that trench you blew up!
BlueLaminate to person who caused friendly fire: *Doesn't blur the name this time*
Me: Wait if you're not going to blur it again then why'd you even blur it the first time???
Oh shoot. Couple of reasons:
Most foxhole content creators won't blur it anyway so please forgive me :(
@@BlueLaminate
That's fine, that makes total sense.
@@BlueLaminate
Yeah I think it's fine. It doesn't matter too much I think
Yeah he said it's fine, we're good hahaha
No problem :D
Edit: Actually I originally had a section in this video dedicated to explaining howitzers, but it got a little draggy. This video ended up being one of my longest, after all. But I did I leave in the guy talking about how the battleship was avoiding splashing the howies :)

Wardens on top
D:< hahaha
Your in the Philippines bro ?
looks like the defenders outnumbered attackers 3:1
Nah, both sides had a queue which means that the server basically full. I just can't see the dozens of blues manning their 5 large ships :D and they usually had one landing ship of 15 dudes landing in some weird spot that was up to no good
Although during the counterattack we may have momentaroly had a slight advantage in numbers after a lot of their heavy equipment pulled out
@@BlueLaminate oh, ok then!

Y’all really screamed „Cadia stands“ huh?
Well. There's a spot on the map called "Terra" constantly called "Holy Terra" and when the server crashed before an island we were defending fell, the rallying cry was "THE SERVER BROKE BEFORE THE GUARD DID" (the battle of silver, where we worshipped a corpse pile, long story)
so yeah I guess we really did yell "CADIA STANDS" in our hearts :D

Honestly, Wardens at Fingers & Stema was probably the most fun I've had this war.
