K viswanath proved language is no barrier while visually presenting. Shankarabaranam is a once in a life time movie in 100 years, I rate this as one of the greatest movie. He redefined classical music and made common man listen to classical carnatic music. Siri siri muvva, swathi muthyam, sagara Sangamam and movies of different journos like pesum padam , humorous Micheal madina kamarajan stand testimony to his extraordinary talent as director.he should be given highest award atleast poshthoumously
The movie and all the songs in it are mesmerising. I will not understand any thing out of the songs, but still love to hear them at frequent intervals. Music has no language and listening to such classical songs really soothens us. Director Vishwanath, singers SPB and Vani have excelled in their field. Music is excellent. This movie and its lovely songs will cross all barriers of language and borders and will stay in every person, with taste. Great to listen any number of times...!!!
