i have a question... since my snatch is really low (40kg), how should i do the excercises with 30 and 40% weight? the bar is 20kg and its 50 % :)
Cpt. Mario a very late reply, your pr should be higher by now. But u can use female bars which are 15kg or even training bars which are 5kg. If none of these are supplied to you, any percentage lower than 50% you should just us the 20kg

For the front squat + jerk percentage (last one from week one), can anyone tell me if it's the percentage of FS or the Jerk?
In the Soviet systems, if memory serves me right, pretty much everything is based of C&J. So the FS+ Jerk might be based of your clean and jerk
Is there any spreadsheet for calculating the weights or this is a pro feature?
Hey Aleksey, in the first week it says the percentages of front squat+jerk are 50%, 60%, 70%. Which movement will we take under consideration to arrange those percentages. Also thanks for all those content you provide for us.

That would be the clean & Jerk. This is an olympic weightlifting program, so the only focus are the two competitive lifts. Everything is based around them.

Простите, нельзя ли сделать отдельный плейлист на восьминедельную программу? На 11-ти недельную есть плейлист, а на восьминедельную - нет. А это не очень хорошо. Ведь, чем лучше структурирована информация на канале, тем легче зрителю. Да и количество просмотров растет. А одно видео может быть в нескольких плейлистах.

Loved rd 1 of the training and stoked to see a follow-up. Question: If I'm more comfortable doing split jerks with heavier weights than push/power jerks, should I use those or focus on push/power jerks as Aleksey performs them?

I'm interested in learning Olympic lifting (ZERO experience so far except a few days ago someone taught me some clean drills at the gym), but I guess this program is not suitable for me, any recommendations on what I can do?
You're gonna have to find a weightlifting coach with lots of experience nearby.

+Hafiz Karim Can you find a Crossfit gym nearby? A lot of them incorporate weightlifting in their programs. Also, some Crunch and 24 Hour Fitness gyms, are starting to incorporate bumper plates. Otherwise, you may have to rely on online coaching
